Ok my wise friend helped me end the chirping. It was a defective carbon monoxide sensor. She had me take out the battery and put it in another room. Problem solved
No precipitation yet this morning but cloudy and cold. Potential historic flooding in the southwest part of our state…feeling sad for those evacuating😢
It has been a rather pleasant Autumn here as well but we are hoping for more rain/snow on the front range.

We have a few days of rain predicted. It will be in the fifties, however, before turning more seasonal. What a nice fall we have had!
