It’s Friday, so please remember to pray for Mumsee, Mike, and the Nestlings.
Anyone else?
Psalm 131
A song of ascents. Of David.
1 My heart is not proud, Lord,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted myself,
I am like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child I am content.
3 Israel, put your hope in the Lord
both now and forevermore.
Husband and his dad hope to drive down and meet his sister/daughter for lunch at the midway point today. It will be good for all three. But that is dependent on how grandpa is doing today. If he sleeps the day away, it probably won’t happen. If he is up and at em, it should.

Prayer here as my dad has had the runs all day. Nurse gave a couple of suggestions beyond what I was doing. Hoping something kicks in. He really does not have any more weight to lose. But God is aware of all this.

Mumsee, it seems quite the miracle to me that both of your fathers at their advanced age and stage are with you. Wow! To think how God could have worked that out. I am in awe to consider it even as I know it is a draining situation. Prayers as you do your best and abide in Christ through it all.

Janice, both dads had always said they would like to live here but neither stepmom would. Until about two months before she died, when I reminded stepmom she would be living here for free. She said we just needed to persuade dad.
We are delighted they took us up on it.
