Psalm 29
A psalm of David.
1 Ascribe to the Lord, you heavenly beings,
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.
3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters;
the God of glory thunders,
the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful;
the voice of the Lord is majestic.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars;
the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes Lebanon leap like a calf,
Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord strikes
with flashes of lightning.
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the desert;
the Lord shakes the Desert of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord twists the oaks
and strips the forests bare.
And in his temple all cry, “Glory!”
10 The Lord sits enthroned over the flood;
the Lord is enthroned as King forever.
11 The Lord gives strength to his people;
the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Wandering Views 
Praying for Jo as she readjusts to life in the states and reconnects with family in a different way. Praying for her to be ‘back in the loop’ in some way.

Heavenly Father, thank You for keeping close watch over Dj today. She has been well covered in prayer going into her surgery. Thank You for counting our prayers as in agreement and all together although we are scattered about. We are of one heart in our hopes that Dj will get through the surgery without a hitch and recovery will be uneventful, that she will have no ill effrcts from meds, and that pain relief will work well. Please make it all go sweetly with good rapport with all the medical team. I pray for cooperation from the weather to be milder than expected. Please be a great help to Dj as she takes first steps, then more and more on the way to full recovery. I pray with joy and hope for Dj because I feel You are making good things happen even right now for her. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Prayer for husband as he brings daughter back this way, not home, but to her hotel room. He needs to not put himself into a position where she can make allegations.

Praying for God’s protection and peace to reign for Mumsee and husband as they continue to extend themselves for the least of these.
Also praying with you all for DJ.
And praying for God to send rain where the earth is too dry, and good drainage and clear skies where the earth is flooded.
