Prayer Requests 12-12-12

Who has a request for prayer?

And since it’s Wednesday, don’t forget Gambia and our friends there.

🙂

Psalm 84:1-4

1 How lovely is your dwelling place,
    Lord Almighty!
2 My soul yearns, even faints,
    for the courts of the Lord;
my heart and my flesh cry out
    for the living God.
3 Even the sparrow has found a home,
    and the swallow a nest for herself,
    where she may have her young—
a place near your altar,
    Lord Almighty, my King and my God.
4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house;
    they are ever praising you.

  1. Please pray for my sister and her family to have safe travels. We just found out yesterday that they are coming home for ten days over Christmas! We are so excited to see them! They will arrive on the 18th and depart on the 28th. Thanks!

  2. Well, we did fine. And husband was woken up at midnight by the observer to tell him he had severe apnea and needed to use the mask the rest of the night. She started him at five and cranked it up to twelve. But, he does not have the sleepiness of severe apnea (does not fall asleep while driving for example) so there is some confusion. His longest stop was twenty four seconds. Anyway, thanks for praying.

  3. Also,

    I go to the Dr. tomorrow for a check up. I had my blood work done already so we’ll see. I probably should have waited a few weeks because I didn’t eat great on vacation, and I’m worried it might affect the numbers. But my blood pressure has been up abit for about 3 weeks so I made need to adjust the medication. Since I’m due to refill, why buy 3 months worth like they make me do if it’s gonna change to a different dosage or medication? This whole getting old thing is tiring.

    😦

    I could really use some prayer please.

  4. AJ, I think I’ll just postpone my re-check until sometime in mid to late January (I was supposed to check back around now).

    But December’s just not been a very great month for eating right and keeping those stress levels low. 😦
