    That’s it. That’s the “crisis.”

    Trump restored the public-charge rule: if you’re likely to drain SNAP, Medicaid, and other taxpayer programs, you don’t get permanent residency. Democrats call it “cruel.” Taxpayers call it common sense.

    James is leading a 22-state lawsuit to block it before it takes effect Friday. She talks like she’s above the law and the American people who actually pay the bills.

    Green cards are a privilege, not a welfare ticket. Self-sufficiency is the deal. Always was.”

    “JUDGE SULLIVAN JUST EXTENDED THE SEAL ON THE LINDSAY CLANCY JURY NAMES.

    And after reading today’s order, it’s pretty clear why.

    The court cited the case’s “significant and divisive attention” nationally and internationally, someone being arrested for secretly recording jurors, and jurors having their identities and personal information exposed online WITHOUT their permission.

    The judge also noted that a juror reached out to him about the situation. I’m pretty sure we know exactly who that was.

    The court found a real and present “risk of [personal] harm to the jurors [and] to the integrity of their service.”

    Most jurors have remained anonymous since the September 4 mistrial, aside from three wacky women and one man.

    The official jury list remains SEALED unless the court says otherwise.”

    “INSANITY! California just passed a bill awaiting Gavin Newsom’s signature that would ban state and local law enforcement from hiring former ICE officers.

    No Republican votes. They call it the Get the Feds Out Act.

    THIS IS INSANE.

    The ban hits ICE, Border Patrol, and CBP officers from Trump’s second term. Democrats say those federal cops do not share California values because they participated in raids. Police groups oppose it. Republicans call it authoritarian punishment for people who followed federal law. Newsom already signed a ski-mask ban for federal agents that courts blocked. Many expect this one to die too.

    California wants sanctuary for illegals and a blacklist for border cops. Upside down. Wrong. Dangerous”
