Praying for Janice and brother in hopes doors are opening for brother’s good care and a respite is ahead for you Janice!
My little sister had to fire another aid today. She wasn’t cleaning or taking care of my Mom…she didn’t attend to Mom’s personal care all weekend leaving her to sit in her excrement….all weekend…while aid talked on the phone and worked on her embroidery project! Pray for my sister…she can be a bulldog when she needs to be though….

The best kind of caretaker is one who can be a bulldog. I will admit my sister is better at that than I am. That is shameful, NJ. I pray the next person this person gets also has a bulldog in their family.

Thank you, NJ. We went by two places yesterday on a list and either could work but do not have in house diaysis so transport to clinic is needed and will be so hard. They,are rehabs but higher level care is needed. The results of rehabs are hospital stays. At least we are getting a sample of all the facilities in our area so we can help others in the future.
I do ask the Holy Spirit to groan for me as I do not know what to pray. Thank you for lifting us.

Does your brother have to have dialysis on a permanent basis now, or will he eventually not need it anymore? (It sounds like it is a permanent need, but I’m not sure if I am understanding that right.)
