  1. Have a good day, All!

I see our governor’s race has gotten even more confusing as the billionaire outsider has been running adds saying he was endorsed by the present governor (including video footage that would suggest so), but the present governor finally endorsed the other guy. Egg on the face time.

  2. Beautiful garden path Janice! Brings thoughts of “I walk in the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses”….🌹 so peaceful and satisfying

50 degrees here this morning and the air is fresh! No rain was seen here sadly and Wednesday is forecasted to be 90 and windy. We have too many transplants here who don’t care about fire danger and mock at our concern when they start a bonfire in their backyard! Entitlement reigns in the minds of many

  3. One of the last fires here was started accidently by the DNR. That happens more than you would think.

The garden path looks beautiful. My folks had such beautiful gardens, with waterfalls and ponds. I miss seeing it. The folks who bought the house do not keep it up from what I see when we pass by it. There are different stages of life, too, that can dictate how much time, money or energy into your yard. For my mother it was essential to be out gardening and beautifying her yard. That led to a greenhouse business. It is wonderful when you can use your own love of something to bless others.

  4. That is the yard of the lady who was my high school English teacher. We never became crummy neighbors but I hold her in high regard. At her age, I rarely see her out now. She was on the school board and as a public educator, we were on the opposite side of the fence so to say in some areas. She was a gifted teacher and I excelled under her challenging instruction. Her dad had been school superintendent.

She probably always wanted an English tea garden♡
