Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 119:105-120
נ Nun
105 Your word is a lamp for my feet,
a light on my path.
106 I have taken an oath and confirmed it,
that I will follow your righteous laws.
107 I have suffered much;
preserve my life, Lord, according to your word.
108 Accept, Lord, the willing praise of my mouth,
and teach me your laws.
109 Though I constantly take my life in my hands,
I will not forget your law.
110 The wicked have set a snare for me,
but I have not strayed from your precepts.
111 Your statutes are my heritage forever;
they are the joy of my heart.
112 My heart is set on keeping your decrees
to the very end.
ס Samekh
113 I hate double-minded people,
but I love your law.
114 You are my refuge and my shield;
I have put my hope in your word.
115 Away from me, you evildoers,
that I may keep the commands of my God!
116 Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live;
do not let my hopes be dashed.
117 Uphold me, and I will be delivered;
I will always have regard for your decrees.
118 You reject all who stray from your decrees,
for their delusions come to nothing.
119 All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross;
therefore I love your statutes.
120 My flesh trembles in fear of you;
I stand in awe of your laws.
Prayer for exhausted daughter, she needs to learn to sleep when she can, even if it is only an hour or two.

Psalm 41 comes to mind: “Even my close friend in whom I trusted,
who ate my bread, has lifted his heel against me.”
As does Nehemiah: “I am doing a good work, I cannot come down.”
And Willy Nelson: “On the road again.”
I could use a few prayers. Interesting weekend ahead.
Thanks.

That is so sad, Michelle.
Also, how sad to find your wife got a lawyer and wouldn’t even tell you. Very sad to see someone’s actions that are so wrong and will just lead to so much more needless pain for so many.
Prayers for all.
I am meeting with a difficult family member tomorrow and could use prayer myself. There will be many family members meeting for a brunch, actually, which is a blessing. It is the one that brings me to my knees.
How it must all grieve God. Yet, he sees the big picture and is sovereign. Mindblowing.

We had a “Christian” friend who left his wife for another woman, and he insisted that she didn’t need a lawyer, that his lawyer could work it out for both of them. IIRC, she wisely did not go along with that.

Forgot to mention that Nightingale has been sick with seemingly a stomach bug (or maybe a touch of food poisoning?) since last evening. I don’t think the vomiting lasted too long last night, but the nausea stayed on throughout the night and so far today. She’s still feeling really bad. Please pray that the nausea will abate, and she will perk up soon.
(And that if it is/was a virus, neither Boy nor I will pick it up.)

Praising for these two little ones. Praying as big brother and sister, four and five, try to figure out their space. Prayer for the twins to gain weight. Mommy appears to have ample milk.

Lovely to hear, mumsee.
Thanks for the prayers. The lunch went well, relatively well.
