Psalm 114

¹When Israel came out of Egypt,
Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
²Judah became God’s sanctuary,
Israel his dominion.

³The sea looked and fled,
the Jordan turned back;
⁴the mountains leaped like rams,
the hills like lambs.

⁵Why was it, sea, that you fled?
Why, Jordan, did you turn back?
⁶Why, mountains, did you leap like rams,
you hills, like lambs?

⁷Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord,
at the presence of the God of Jacob,
⁸who turned the rock into a pool,
the hard rock into springs of water.

A week from tomorrow, I head to Boise to support daughter in her endeavor. But that is when my Boise brother will be in Reno attending a family graduation. And Moscow brother has his son staying with him, going through detox/rehab. And my husband is still quite ill with whatever. And son in law works. So figuring out how to see to my dad is the question for now. Wisdom. Good health (you know me and Boise, and for my husband). Coming to Truth for nephew, who knows but is fighting.

My basement door has gotten very complex. I may not get a new one after all since it is not a standard size. If it is to be, God will make a way.

Please pray that God will do a great work of salvation for the McK sisters, YA and CBF. I don’t think that CBF (Chickadee’s Best Friend) considers herself Christian anymore, but YA does. (She has referred to herself as “a Progressive Jesus Freak”.) On Facebook today, she shared an article claiming to show that “evangelicals” have edited the Bible to edit out parts of verses that would point to universalism. And of course, it is written in a way that makes it seem that we like the idea of people who don’t agree with our theology going to hell. 😦

So YA thinks that she is a Christian, but denies just about everything that Jesus actually taught. She has a bitterness against evangelicals, which I am sure my Chickadee is exposed to. 😦

And of course, please pray the same (that God will do a great work of salvation) for my girls, and for all the unsaved loved ones represented on this blog. Amen.

Praying, Kizzie, for God’s will to be done to root out the wicked evil lies that have so deeply wounded and taken over that McK family and all they have influence over. His word says He desires all to be saved. None is beyond redemption except those who deny the Holy Spirit, so I pray for each individually and the household as a whole to become newly under the authority of God so none would perish but all have everlasting life through Jesus and the blood He shed for each one. Lord, You know whrre they stand with You at this moment and in all future days. Please bring salvation sooner rather than later if it is to be. If hearts are as hard as Pharoh’s then I pray You will do whatever is necessary to free Chickadee from their influence. May Your glory shine forth through Your divine solutions. I pray in the name above all names, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, in Whom I trust! Amen

Boy’s Grampa shared another video by the late atheist Christopher Hutchins. 😦 Please pray for the Holy Spirit to get through to “Grampa” and save him. (And let’s remember X, too. I haven’t mentioned him in a while.)
