Psalm 119:33-48

33 Teach me, Lord, the way of your decrees,
that I may follow it to the end.
34 Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law
and obey it with all my heart.
35 Direct me in the path of your commands,
for there I find delight.
36 Turn my heart toward your statutes
and not toward selfish gain.
37 Turn my eyes away from worthless things;
preserve my life according to your word.
38 Fulfill your promise to your servant,
so that you may be feared.
39 Take away the disgrace I dread,
for your laws are good.
40 How I long for your precepts!
In your righteousness preserve my life.

for I trust in your word.
43 Never take your word of truth from my mouth,

Praying, Janice. It hurts to see our beloveds in pain and not be able to do much.
Also, if you think of it please remember Cyrus. He fot a covid booster this weekend and is having chills, cough and unusual tiredness. I went ahead and cancelled our Thanksgiving plans with friends and plan to cook something at home for the three of us instead.

Friend K and her household are all down with Covid, just in time for Thanksgiving. Cases rising again in our county, as anticipated for the winter season.

Praying for Cyrus now Debra. I am hearing some are having great difficulty with the boosters but our Lord is greater still. Asking Him to right what is off in his body and bring relief and healing ❤️

Got home to a very cold house today, though he had the fire going. Just not well. On the drive home I realized my mom died forty years ago on November 17. Step mom died November 16. Dad is doing well and thinking of moving in with his children, maybe rotating. We will see.
On another front, my brother is quite impressed with the Haitian family that has been helping. He keeps saying how nice they are and asks if they are Christians. Yes, brother. The man told me he thought my brother was really smart as is my dad, so he wondered why they were not Christians. I passed that little memo on to my brother and he is pondering it along with a lot of other stuff. Pray for his heart to be made new.

Husband and his dad and sister made it to Boise Friday. His brother made it to my house yesterday as well and emptied the trailer into my garage. Their dad made the trip well, now to rest up and finish the journey on Tuesday after husband’s infusion on Monday.
