Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 108
A song. A psalm of David.
1 My heart, O God, is steadfast;
I will sing and make music with all my soul.
2 Awake, harp and lyre!
I will awaken the dawn.
3 I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
I will sing of you among the peoples.
4 For great is your love, higher than the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth.
6 Save us and help us with your right hand,
that those you love may be delivered.
7 God has spoken from his sanctuary:
“In triumph I will parcel out Shechem
and measure off the Valley of Sukkoth.
8 Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine;
Ephraim is my helmet,
Judah is my scepter.
9 Moab is my washbasin,
on Edom I toss my sandal;
over Philistia I shout in triumph.”
10 Who will bring me to the fortified city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
11 Is it not you, God, you who have rejected us
and no longer go out with our armies?
12 Give us aid against the enemy,
for human help is worthless.
13 With God we will gain the victory,
and he will trample down our enemies.
Prayer for husband in his situation. Step mom in law has now decided she can no longer take care of dad in law. She plans to move in with her daughter and put him in a nursing home with plans to visit which, from what we have seen of her daughter, is not likely at all. Husband hopes to bring his dad here, though none of us like the idea of separating them but it sounds as though she is doing the separating. Tough calls.
Prayer for us as daughter and I head to Moscow and back again in the two windows of opportunity forecast between snow storms. Lots of rain and wind today so I have prepped son a bit on how to do without power.

Good morning all.
I had a pretty rough day yesterday, and last night. I had quite a bit more pain this time. They removed the tumor and sent it for a biopsy. Due to the location on the bladder wall the removal will cause swelling near the ureter from my left kidney to the bladder. As a result, they put in a stent. They will now do a cystoscopy on the 17th and remove the stent then.
Good news though, no catheter this time. 🙂
Lots of medication, and a stronger pain killer this time too. They also gave me a chemo treatment while I was in recovery, as an extra precaution.
There were some other areas they want to keep an eye on around the bladder wall, not tumors, but slight abnormalities that they will monitor as well.
I’ve slept as best I can, which thanks to the pain meds was quite a lot. I feel a little better this morning but still feel like I could sleep all day. I’ve been up since 7:15, but have already napped twice. 🙂
My nurse says rest and fluids, so that’s the plan.
Thank you all once again for all the prayers. 🙂

Praying, AJ, I’m so sorry for the discomfort, sounds like no fun. But I am glad you’re on the other side. Rest, rest, rest. We’re praying for you and a quick bounce-back once the initial aftermath passes.

I am thankful you are listening to your nurse! Continued prayer covering as you heal and for nurse Cheryl as she ensures that you rest and cooperate 😊❣️

So glad to hear you’re home now, AJ. We are continuing to pray for you that you recuperate quickly with minimal pain and discomfort, and that there is no cancer at all. Also upholding Cheryl and the rest of your family as you all go through this together. You are not alone.
