A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Prayer for husband as he brings step mom to the house today and awaits results of various things to give him some direction as to what comes next.

Prayer for husband. He had her home less than ten minutes and she had woken grandpa up four times. Then turned the tv on very loud. She does not understand how the background noise hurts his hearing and comprehension. Yesterday he was able to put a large piece puzzle together. Today won’t be allowing for anything like that. Prayer for patience and wisdom.

DIL is progressing. I can’t even imagine having contractions every 6 – 7 minutes for 24 hours!

My friend, Florence, gets to go home from the hospital today! Thank you for praying. She is not over it, but seems on track for recovery.
Thinking and praying about AJ’s procedure earlier. And we are getting closer to Art’s, too.

Earlier this afternoon, the school called Nightingale to ask her to pick up Boy, who was sick. They went to the doctor a while ago, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

They’ve finally headed to the hospital.

Boy tested negative for Covid, RSV, and flu, but the strep test will take a couple or a few days. In the meantime, he now has a fever of 102, so will be home again tomorrow. Please pray that he will get over whatever this is quickly. Thanks.

It does sound like strep, Kizzie, but other cold virus bugs can have high fevers like that, too. Praying he gets well soon!
