Of the Sons of Korah. A psalm. A song.
1 He has founded his city on the holy mountain.
2 The Lord loves the gates of Zion
more than all the other dwellings of Jacob.
3 Glorious things are said of you,
city of God:
4 “I will record Rahab and Babylon
among those who acknowledge me—
Philistia too, and Tyre, along with Cush—
and will say, ‘This one was born in Zion.’”
5 Indeed, of Zion it will be said,
“This one and that one were born in her,
and the Most High himself will establish her.”
6 The Lord will write in the register of the peoples:
“This one was born in Zion.”
7 As they make music they will sing,
“All my fountains are in you.”
Wandering Views 
Prayer for husband as he makes plans. If he comes home when the step sister returns and takes back the one hundred year old, I doubt either father in law or step mom in law will have visitors in their facilities. They both thrive around people. But…. God’s wisdom on how best to do what is ahead.

One of my grandsons apparently has the flu. He has had it a few days now and was supposed to return to college today. Please pray for healing for him and wisdom for him and his parents in this matter. He will not be going today for sure.

Nightingale and Boy both have a bad cold. (And I may be feeling the very first hints of getting it as well. I usually do get whatever they have, and often I get it worse.) She had to go into work to be tested for Covid and flu as a precaution.
On one hand, Nightingale wouldn’t mind it being Covid, as long as it isn’t any worse than last time, since she would have mandatory – and paid – leave for several days. But of course, we wouldn’t want any of us getting a worse case of Covid than we had last time.
I’m sure we will all weather this cold/Covid/whatever and be fine, but please pray for that anyway. Thank you.

These Covid variants have been known to rebound. A newer variant now is hovering in other countries, even more contagious, praying it doesn’t catch over here.
Pray for a good friend, K, who goes in for an office procedure/surgery to remove an external hemorrhoid that’s in an awkward spot (and could cause an uncomfortable and awkward recovery period when it comes to using the bathroom. There, ’nuff said). Surgery is Thursday. Thanks.

I have a dear friend undergoing a biopsy and a bone scan this week. Please pray for healing and for her to feel God’s presence as she walks through this.
Also, DIL really wants to deliver this baby tomorrow 🙂

Aaaaand, now DIL has come down with whatever the twins have had the last few days. She said she feels like God is ‘testing’ her to just rely on His timing and care. If son catches it, he won’t be allowed in the delivery room – ugh.
