Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 11
1 In the Lord I take refuge.
How then can you say to me:
“Flee like a bird to your mountain.
2 For look, the wicked bend their bows;
they set their arrows against the strings
to shoot from the shadows
at the upright in heart.
3 When the foundations are being destroyed,
what can the righteous do?”
4 The Lord is in his holy temple;
the Lord is on his heavenly throne.
He observes everyone on earth;
his eyes examine them.
5 The Lord examines the righteous,
but the wicked, those who love violence,
he hates with a passion.
6 On the wicked he will rain
fiery coals and burning sulfur;
a scorching wind will be their lot.
7 For the Lord is righteous,
he loves justice;
the upright will see his face.
Mumsee, I once wrote out some bible verses for our relative who struggled with thoughts. He could keep them handy and take them out to read when he was struck. He still struggles years later, but not as much. Sometimes it helps to adjust medications; sometimes he is able to listen to others and their assurances. Praying for all the best solutions to help your daughter.

We will be having a difficult talk with daughter this evening. More isolated in her room, never leaving the house, not interacting with us much. Being not so responsible as an almost 28 yr old young woman should be. Stopped going to church. We think she still has a job and is working during the day up there but not certain…she has proven to be not so honest in the past. We do hear her playing games on her computer in the middle of the night with her “virtual” friends, even up until 4am…and she works 8:30 to 5..? We just cannot sit by and watch this any longer. Wisdom from our ever watchful and loving Lord desired….

So hard, NJ. The C-season has proven difficult for so many 20-somethings.
So, Lord, I pray for supernatural insight and wisdom for NancyJill and her husband. We pray that you would reveal truth, but also enable the parents to fill their words with love.
We ask for truth from their daughter, and discernment, that all three would be open to the ways the Holy Spirit indicates- all wrapped, on all three sides, with mutual love and compassion.
I pray the daughter would know, recognize, accept, and embrace her parents’ love for her— and that is what she responds to first.
But, we also pray that You would speak to her first in a way she can hear/ comprehend.
The point is Your glory, Lord, and the saving of a well-loved soul from Satan’s servants.
Let technology show the truth.
Amen.

Praying throughout the day, NancyJill. Softened hearts, truth, wisdom on how to move forward. Our Lord loves her more than you do.

Here is a link to this past week’s service if anyone wants to see the church I am seriously considering.
Use the time bar to scroll past that long opening part.
