Fauci’s emails exposes him yet again as a politician disguised as a doctor.
“#FauciEmails Reveal A Career Bureaucrat Who Followed Political, Not Medical, Science
Jack Posobiec: “White House staff are actively discussing an exit strategy for Dr Anthony Fauci following the release of his emails yesterday, per WH official””
“This has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week for the propagandists in the leftstream activist media and the truth-deniers in Big Tech. First, we learn that, yes, the coronavirus did likely emerge, bio-engineered, from a Chinese lab. Now we are learning what Anthony Fauci knew and when he knew it.
The Washington Post and BuzzFeed obtained via FOIA thousands of emails to and from Fauci regarding the WuFlu pandemic.”
“While the propagandist media is busy fawning over Fauci as some sort of superhuman godlet who was single-handedly battling WuFlu in some kind of one-man cage match against President Trump and the Wuhan coronavirus, these emails reveal a startling truth. They tell the story not just of Fauci’s blatant, politically-motivated lies to the public but also the great lengths the legacy media and Big Tech went to shut down any discussion of the virus’s origins or mask use efficacy. It was not about stopping the spread of “misinformation” but was a calculated political ploy to shut down the truth. But we knew that. And now we have proof.
Legal Insurrection’s very own Leslie, in her extensive coverage of the virus, posted reports that COVID-19 may have originated in a Chinese lab in March 2020. Such statements were deemed “misinformation” and banned from YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
Oops.
It turns out that Fauci knew about credible scientists who believed that the virus was released from a Chinese lab and that it was potentially bio-engineered back in January and February of 2020.”
Then the guy who had a grant for the Wuhan lab (Peter Daszak) emailed Dr. Fauci thanking him for leading media to believe COVID had a natural origin while dismissing the idea of a lab leak because he was worried Fox News targeting his grant 💰. #FauciEmails#corruptionpic.twitter.com/G9lwDu0F90
This email also says the genome of SARS-CoV-2 appears “inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory”.
Yet, other scientists who raised this same point were shut down and ignored, while journalists investigating it were accused of peddling a debunked conspiracy theory
Fauci wasn't following science as a primary goal. He was a bureaucratic institutionalist, which is precisely what you would expect from a career bureaucrat. Which is why it was insane for the media to saint him as a groundbreaking truthteller just to spite Trump.
“There is something ghoulish about the Left’s obsession with forcing people to pay for the abortions of others. Now, President Joe Biden is going full-ghoul while trying to jettison what for 45 years has been both his own position and U.S. policy.
At issue is the Hyde Amendment, the provision in budget bills which since 1976 has forbidden the use of federal funds for abortions (except in cases of rape or incest or to save the mother’s life). As did many Democrats, Biden himself consistently voted for the Hyde Amendment throughout his time in the U.S. Senate. On Friday, though, in the first full budget proposal he has presented as president, Biden excluded the Hyde Amendment.
Biden’s pro-abortion policy would end decades of bipartisan agreement that, no matter what one’s position on the legality of abortion, at least it is enough of a morally fraught issue that the money of anti-abortion taxpayers should not be confiscated to pay for the taking of baby’s lives. The consensus was that even if private funds or private insurance cover the elective surgery, public funds should not be.
That consensus was both moral and commonsensical. When a third of the population thinks that a procedure is murder and another third finds it morally problematic enough to favor considerable restrictions on it, it is unethical to use the plenary force of government to make those two-thirds materially support it.”
“Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) introduced a bill on Wednesday that would ban the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from asking passengers traveling on domestic flights to show proof of vaccination.
The bill, known as the Freedom to Fly Act, would prevent the regulator from implementing any policies that allow TSA staff to ask domestic passengers for information relating to their vaccination status.
“Americans are working hard to recover from the devastation of COVID-19 and travel is critical to getting our economy fully re-opened. While I continue to encourage everyone who wants one to get the vaccine, the federal government has no business requiring travelers to turn over their personal medical information to catch a flight. My Freedom to Fly Act ensures families in Florida and across the country can travel freely and without the ridiculous government bureaucracy created by vaccine passports,” Scott said in a statement.”
“States including Iowa, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Arizona, Wyoming have followed suit with similar measures banning “vaccine passports” in certain settings, such as banning the need to show proof of vaccination as a condition to enter an area or to receive a government service, permit, or license.
Scott’s bill follows a similar effort by Republican Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who introduced the “No Vaccine Passports Act,” the “prohibit any federal vaccine passport” system, and is seeking to bar the White House from “doing anything to mandate vaccines.”
“We’re seeing some places where employers are saying ‘If you’re not vaccinated, you’re fired,’ and that ought to be illegal. Your health decisions are yours to make, and it shouldn’t be your boss. It shouldn’t be the government. It shouldn’t be anyone else forcing you to make those decisions,” Cruz told Fox News in an interview.
Some states such as Oregon have implemented measures that require individuals to show proof of vaccination or wear a mask to enter workplaces, religious sites, and businesses.”
“Federal prosecutors have dropped the criminal case against a New York man who was accused of participating in the riot at the U.S. Capitol, in what appears to be the first such move by the Justice Department in its sprawling Jan. 6 prosecution.
The dismissal of the case against Christopher M. Kelly was disclosed on Wednesday, the same day prosecutors secured a second guilty plea by one of the more than 450 Capitol riot defendants.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui agreed to dismiss the case against Kelly after prosecutors said in a court filing on Tuesday that they discussed the merits of the case with Kelly’s lawyer and decided that ending the prosecution “serves the interests of justice” based on “the facts currently known to the government.”
The filing doesn’t elaborate on the decision, and the Department of Justice refused to provide more information. An attorney for Kelly didn’t immediately respond to an email seeking comment.”
Trump was right and telling the truth on so much of this stuff. He’d still be president if the media told the truth as he did.
There’s a whole lot of people who should be ashamed of themselves this morning, including some here.
Sad that they fell for all this because they wanted to believe that Orange Man Bad.
The Fauci emails just show that Fauci consistently took the path of least resistance: downplaying the Wuhan lab leak theory, flip-flopping on masking, militantly fighting Rand Paul over post-covid immunity even though he knew better (Paul was right).
And note all of this was to help Dems win the election.
