  1. Nancy has a Joe moment.

She blamed the Republican Gov. of Illinois for the state’s financial problems. Only problem? He’s a Democrat.

And he has issues of his own. Rules for thee, but not for me….

  2. Oh please. They’re going there for one reason only. To Hillary the evidence. Purge, shred, and remove anything incriminating is what they’ll do.

  3. So BelieveAllWoman only applies when the accused is an Republican.

    Got it.

  4. Another Dem Gov praises Trump’s Covid 19 response.

“I Can’t Thank The President And His Team Enough In Terms Of What We’ve Gotten”

  5. And he should…..

He’s left a stain that won’t come out. Trump was so right to fire him.

“Davis: Comey Will Go Down As Most Corrupt FBI Director In History

Federalist co-founder Sean Davis joined Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” Wednesday to weigh in on the news that FBI agents under James Comey plotted a perjury trap for former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

“It’s clear now that James Comey will go down in history as the most corrupt FBI director in American history,” Davis said. “He has destroyed the FBI’s reputation through his actions, his arrogance, and his corruption.”

Davis said federal prosecutors have told him Comey has made it more difficult for U.S. attorneys and FBI agents across the country to get convictions.

“That will forever be James Comey’s legacy, this corrupt coup that he attempted to run against Donald Trump,” Davis said.”

  6. Same goes for this trash.

“New Documents Show Strzok Ordered FBI to Reopen Flynn Case Right After Agency Closed It

Strzok to an unnamed associate: “Hey if you haven’t closed RAZOR, don’t do so yet.”

“New documents show that the FBI closed its case against retired Gen. Michael Flynn on January 4, 2017.

However, 20 minutes later, Peter Strzok and other agents had the agency reopen the case.

The memo about the case called CROSSFIRE RAZOR, which was part of CROSSFIRE HURRICANE, stated:

The goal of the investigation was to determine whether the captioned subject, associated with the Trump campaign, was directed and controlled by and/or coordinated activities with the Russian Federation in the manner which is a threat to the national security and/or possibly a violation of the Foreign Registration Act, 18 U.S.C. section 951 et sea, or other related statutes.

Following the initiation of captioned case, the CH team conducted a check of logical databases for any derogatory information on CROSSFIRE RAZOR. No derogatory information was identified in FBI holdings.

The FBI requested a blacked out name to “conduct a search of its holdings for information on CROSSFIRE RAZOR.” The search found no information on CR.

The FBI then “contacted an established FBI CHS [confidential human source] to query about” Flynn. The CHS noted that Flynn and members of this group got Flynn a cab, but everyone got surprised when “a [blacked out]” went into the cab with Flynn and joined him on the train to an undisclosed location.

CH investigators ran this unknown person’s name “through available FBI databases for any derogatory information with negative results.” It looks like they ran another name through the same databases, which also came back with negative results.

The team ran analysis on Flynn’s travel along with “surveillance on a certain Russian subject.” This, too, came up negative for the agency.

The FBI closed the case when the team “determined that [Flynn] was no longer a viable candidate as part of the larger CROSSFIRE HURRICANE umbrella case.”

The text portion shows Strzok texting numerous people to keep open the RAZOR case.”

The man did nothing wrong. Yet they ruined him professionally, personally, and financially. Someone needs to pay for that.

  7. And Gen. Flynn needs to sue his former law firm into bankruptcy for their behavior. They lied to him, made deals with the FBI behind his back, and never advised him that he was offered immunity from Congress on multiple occasions for his testimony. They were in on it, not representing him at all.

“Flynn’s Original Defense Team Repeatedly Rejected Congressional Immunity Overtures

Original defense counsel for Michael Flynn spurned congressional immunity overtures following Flynn’s guilty plea. Flynn’s original defense attorney also allegedly said he would be unlikely to pursue congressional testimony by Flynn without the approval of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.”

“Multiple congressional committees approached Michael Flynn’s original defense counsel to raise the prospect of immunity in exchange for Flynn’s congressional testimony but were spurned, multiple sources familiar with the interactions told The Federalist.

After Flynn pleaded guilty to making false statements to federal investigators, representatives of multiple congressional committees with oversight responsibility for national security matters asked Flynn’s lawyers if Flynn would testify before Congress in exchange for a congressional grant of immunity. Robert Kelner, Flynn’s attorney at the time, immediately dismissed the overtures, sources told The Federalist. During one conversation, Kelner allegedly responded that in situations like the one facing Flynn, the prosecution essentially “owns” the defendant and added that he would be unlikely to pursue congressional testimony without the approval of former Spygate Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office.

Flynn was not told of these immunity conversations with congressional officials before they were rejected on his behalf, a source familiar with Flynn’s case told The Federalist. The former White House national security adviser and three-star Army general fired Kelner and the rest of his defense team at the Covington law firm in June 2019 and is currently trying to withdraw his guilty plea.

In court filings, Flynn has claimed that Kelner and others provided ineffective legal counsel and had significant unwaivable conflicts of interest that precluded them from diligently representing him in court, effectively denying him the constitutional right to counsel. Flynn is currently represented by attorney Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor with a history of exposing law enforcement corruption.

Kelner’s alleged rejection of congressional immunity overtures following Flynn’s guilty plea is especially curious given Kelner’s claimed attempts to explore congressional immunity for Flynn before Mueller had even been appointed to investigate the Trump campaign for illegal collusion with the Russian government to steal the 2016 election from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In March 2017, prior to Mueller’s appointment, Kelner released a public statement affirming news reports that Flynn had sought congressional immunity in exchange for his testimony.”

Ineffective legal counsel seems like a gross understatement.

  8. This entire farce has collapsed, the collusion with Russia, the Wikileaks lies, the Steele Dossier, the Flynn prosecution, all of it.

Sadly though, thanks to the media’s complicity and lies, the lies of Democrats, and those from the FBI, a majority of Americans still believe the lies. Orwell would be proud. So would Stalin.

“Shock Poll: Majorities Still Believe Debunked Fake News About Trump And Russia

It’s nothing short of a scandal that 53 percent of Americans believe that this completely discredited document ‘was real in its findings of Trump colluding with the Russians.’

“The media’s approval and credibility ratings may be low, but they still have a tremendous amount of political power. Whether they are attempting to destroy the life and reputation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, working overtime to protect the reputation of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, pushing the impeachment of a sitting president, attempting to control the outcomes of elections, or spending years peddling a false tale of treasonous collusion with Russia to steal the 2016 election, they get significant results despite failure to report accurately.

Evidence of that power and how irresponsibly it is used is found in a recent Harvard-Harris poll for April 2020. A majority of Americans, 53 percent, believe the Christopher Steele dossier “was real in its findings of Trump colluding with the Russians.” Only 47 percent of Americans chose the factually correct option that it was Clinton-funded campaign oppo fueled by disinformation.

The Steele dossier, and its central and elaborate theory that Trump was a secret agent of the Russian government who had betrayed his country to steal the 2016 election, has been completely discredited by multiple government investigations. The limitless special counsel probe, ostensibly led by Robert Mueller, could find no evidence that Trump had colluded with Russia. In fact, the Mueller team could find no evidence that any American had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.

A more serious investigation by the Department of Justice’s inspector general revealed that the dossier was discredited by the federal government by January 2017. The leaky FBI forgot to leak that important fact, but the inspector general goes through the dossier’s many problems throughout its 478-page document.

One of the DOJ’s failures, for example, was that they “omitted the fact that Steele’s Primary Subsource, who the FBI found credible, had made statements in January 2017 raising significant questions about the reliability of allegations included in the FISA applications” based on the dossier. Of the dossier, the inspector general wrote, “We determined that prior to and during the pendency of the FISAs, the FBI was unable to corroborate any of the specific substantive allegations against Carter Page contained in the election reporting and relied on in the FISA applications.” By “reporting,” the IG is referring to the dossier.”

Later, the IG writes that anything found to have been true in the dossier was already publicly available and reported elsewhere. “The FBI concluded, among other things, that although consistent with known efforts by Russia to interfere in the 2016 U.S. elections, much of the material in the Steele election reports, including allegations about Donald Trump and members of the Trump campaign relied upon in the Carter Page FISA applications, could not be corroborated; that certain allegations were inaccurate or inconsistent with information gathered by the Crossfire Hurricane team; and that the limited information that was corroborated related to time, location, and title information, much of which was publicly available.”

So it’s nothing short of a scandal that 53 percent of Americans believe that this completely discredited document “was real in its findings of Trump colluding with the Russians.”

But how could they think otherwise? While the false Steele dossier was legitimized and parroted daily for three years in every major media outlet, the IG findings of its falsehood were buried. The Washington Post has more than 24,000 articles on Trump and Russia. The paper even won awards for its participation in the conspiracy theory that Trump had colluded with Russia. When it all turned out to be definitively false, they simply moved on to the next story — Ukraine and impeachment. True, a laudable review of the false reporting appeared online to very little fanfare, but notably focused on other media outlets than the Post.”

They believe because they’re sheeple who just wish it was true. Most of the media’s behavior has been reprehensible throughout this whole affair. They are a disgrace to their profession.

  9. So the media whines, because what else can they do at this point?

  10. ————-

    Own it.

  11. I’ve been very harsh on Mika and her clown husband. Their normal “reporting” is a joke.

But when she does it right, I’ll point that out too. Today, she did it right.

“HOOboy, Mika Brzezinski well and truly enraged the Left (and Never Trumpers, same difference really) this morning by DARING to actually interview Joe Biden FOR REAL about Tara Reade. Admit it, like us you expected the interview to go like this:

Mika: So, you didn’t do it, right Joe?
Joe: Nope, I didn’t do it.
    Mika: You promise, right?
    Joe: Totally. Period. Never happened.
Mika: Awesome, now that we’ve settled that …

Seriously, that’s what we thought it would be like but nope, it was a real interview and you can tell from the Left’s absolute ERUPTION on Twitter that she didn’t do Biden any favors. Mika tweeted after the interview to explain where she was coming from during the interview but that only seemed to make it worse.

Let’s be honest, the Left isn’t looking for a real discussion on Biden’s accusations (unless they’re Bernie Bros). No, they want these allegations to go away because ORANGE MAN BAD.”

  12. More…

“Mika To Biden: So We’re Supposed To Believe All Women — “Unless It Pertains To You?””

“Many of us will owe an apology after this interview — to Morning Joe, not to Joe Biden, and more specifically to Mika Brzezinski. Everyone assumed that their big get of having Biden finally address the Tara Reade allegations had come about because of Morning Joe’s track record of less-than-harrowing treatment of major political candidates in campaign mode. Team Biden must have assumed that Biden would get some softball set-ups for his denials.

Big. Mistake. Instead, Brzezinski shredded Biden over his double standards and demanded access to Biden’s official papers at the University of Delaware’s archive. Biden was clearly taken aback, and at one point querulously exclaimed, “I don’t know what else I can say to you!”

It started off with the same abject personal denial that Biden finally issued right before going on the air:”

  13. Joe’s life is an open book….

Except for the chapters while in the Senate that he won’t let you read. You know, his actual record….

“More Biden: My Life’s An “Open Book” — But You Can’t Read The Footnotes, Or Something”

“Even apart from its connection to the Tara Reade allegation, this contradiction from Joe Biden should prompt plenty of headscratching. In his contentious interview with Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Biden refused to offer up access to his official papers at the University of Delaware — for any purpose, including a search limited to only Reade.

Other than the fact that you can’t read the pages, Biden says, he’s an “open book” (transcript via MSNBC):

BRZEZINSKI: “The New York Times” has investigated this exhaustively. They didn’t find any of your former staff members were able to corroborate the details of this allegation. She did file a police report a few weeks ago with the D.C. Police, but since you want to set the record straight, why limit this only to Tara Reade? Why not release any complaints that had may — had been made against you during your Senate career?

BIDEN: I’m prepared to do that. To the best of my knowledge, there’s been no complaints made against me in terms of my Senate career, in terms of my office and anything that has been run (ph). Look, this is an open book. There’s nothing for me to hide. Nothing at all.

“Open book” is apparently a term of art. When Brzezinski presses Biden on access to the papers that have come from almost 50 years of public office — the very experience on which Biden is campaigning — he refuses. Allowing the media to access his papers would create “campaign fodder” for Trump, Biden declares:”

He and his campaign know what’s in there, including more info on her allegations, which is why they won’t let the voting public see it. Campaign fodder indeed.

Jake must have a short memory.

  15. The witch hunter in chief is further exposed as a fraud, just like his investigation.

  16. Here’s some comedy for ya’…… 🙂

If you’re gonna be a reporter, investigating and research is key to doing it well. Here’s how not to do it.

They’ve pulled the Tweet, hopefully because of embarrassment, but the pic is here.

That’s clearly a pistol grip shotgun, not a bazooka. Since this is Twitter, folks had some fun with it.

  17. Police are also stating that no bazooka was found. Sorry. 🙂

  18. Here’s the biggest scandal to ever hit the White House. It makes Watergate look like rank amateurs.

Yet we have a disinterested press.

  19. And now we know why Wray refuses to do his job.

He was in on it too. Time to fire him, way past time in fact…
