It’s apparent to me the White House press corps lives in a bubble and the way they are conducting themselves today will do NOTHING to improve their standing with the American people.
The mainstream press are not — in my opinion – ‘Enemies of the People’ but rather ‘Allies of the Democratic Party’ playing an activist role in support of their agenda.
President Trump believes in a free press and expects and welcomes tough questions of him and his Administration. We will, however, never tolerate a reporter placing his hands on a young woman just trying to do her job as a White House intern…
Contrary to CNN’s assertions there is no greater demonstration of the President’s support for a free press than the event he held today. Only they would attack the President for not supporting a free press in the midst of him taking 68 questions from 35 different reporters…

The congressman’s claim echoed a misleading NBC News article that left out crucial context about Kavanaugh’s answer — one of several Kavanaugh stories that NBC got wrong.
“That’s not technical, that’s real,” Nadler reportedly said, when his interlocutor objected to his plan.
“The worst-case scenario — or best case depending on your point of view — you prove he committed perjury, about a terrible subject and the Judicial Conference recommends you impeach him. So the president appoints someone just as bad,” Nadler added.
Nadler rejected the caller’s suggestion that Democrats investigate Kavanaugh quietly.

It looks like he did put up his hand to keep her back, but the way he is holding his hand does not look like a “karate chop” as some have said. Has the intern said anything about it?
Acosta was swatting her away. I wonder if he would have treated a big burly man the same way. Somehow I think not. The idea of being faceplanted to the floor in front of your colleagues might have halted the bad behavior.
I guess I’m thinking that a swatting would have been a quicker movement of the arm and hand. I do agree that he was keeping her from the microphone by raising his hand, and that he shouldn’t have done that.
