Prayer Requests 6-5-14

Anyone have a request or praise to share?

Today is Thursday. So don’t forget to pray for Jo and the folks in PNG.

Psalm 131

¹Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.

2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

3 Let Israel hope in the Lord from henceforth and for ever.

  1. And the spiritual warfare continues–not sleeping and last night I steam burned the fingers on my right hand while cooking dinner. Five hours of pain with hand in cold water. Better today and probably can type again, but it is all so strange . . . .

  2. I tossed and turned as well. Pray for my friend Norma who still doesn’t have a complete picture of her health issue but has been told that the ultrasound found a mass in the liver and another near the kidney/spleen. She had a CT scan yesterday and that should provide more clarity, but results probably won’t be in until tomorrow.

    Pray that these might be benign and also for her peace of mind during the long wait.
