  1. The substance, Kratom, has been in the news quite a bit lately since it was found where those Ole Miss students died. I know someone who used this to his detriment. It is similar to withdrawal of an opioid within a few hours of drinking it. It is found in gas stations and other places that sell energy drinks. Some states have banned it. I saw a ten-year-old died after drinking it. I have read that it is especially prevalent around military bases and places that have ROTC programs. It seems someone wants our soldiers weakened. It is packaged as a harmless pick-me-up. Please warn those you know who may be tempted to use it.

  2. To which Kathaleena referred….

“Multiple students at Ole Miss and the University of Alabama have been found dead as a result of laced kratom sold at gas stations and vape shops.

Kratom has come under scrutiny across the country as derivatives and laced products have driven an increase in potency and lethality.”

All states should ban it, and taxpayers have been paying for it too.

“EXPOSED: O’Keefe Uncovers California Smoke Shops Selling Banned Kratom, With Clerks Attempting to Process Purchases Using Government-Funded EBT Benefits as “Groceries” or EBT Cash

The clerk in San Diego stated, “They banned it for good. So tomorrow is the last day. You have to remove every single piece [of kratom]. If they got you with this [kratom], it’s a felony. That’s a big-time felony.”

At a Los Angeles store, an undercover journalist asked, “You ran it as groceries right?” The clerk nodded yes, confirming the attempted purchase was categorized as an EBT grocery transaction.

At another LA smoke shop, a clerk asked, “Can $7 be EBT cash?” before another clerk responded, “Yeah, I think so. EBT cash.”

“Senate Republicans just held a hearing about defending girls’ and women’s sports, and the Democrat side is 100% EMPTY

BRITT: “It can’t go unspoken that NOT ONE MEMBER on the other side of the aisle has had the RESPECT for WOMEN to come in here and ask questions. To figure out how we get this right. How we stand up for fairness, FOR SAFETY, for an opportunity for young women across the country.””

  4. “The White House fraud task force just found that 400 businesses receiving BILLIONS in federal grants may be fraudulent — because the Democrats turned off fraud protections

The firms didn’t even FILE AN ADDRESS. And they got $6B+.

“We found that 400 businesses with contracts worth $6 billion, originally allocated by the Biden administration, didn’t even file physical addresses at their businesses.”

“That’s a statutory requirement. You’re not supposed to be able to get any money from the United States government unless you put down a physical mailing address, and they just didn’t do it!” — Andrew Ferguson, WH anti-fraud task force vice chair”

  5. “A massive scandal has emerged from the donations ActBlue received on the day Joe Biden dropped out; reports indicate that $20 million from Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss was broken down into over 1.6 million donations across 400,000 donors

Hansjörg Wyss is looked at as George Soros’ successor when it comes to pouring money into American politics

These donations are called smurfing, which happens when names of innocent small donors (usually elderly) are used to funnel money into political campaigns (typically Democratic). James O’Keefe and OMG Media have previously discovered millions in questionable donations on ActBlue

Think of ballot trafficking but with campaign donations.”

  6. Facts.

And “But Trump” is no excuse for this.

“NEW: Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley today asks Chief Justice John Roberts to address public comments made to the NYT by Judge Patrick Schiltz and 6 other judges last week related to immigration enforcement.

    Grassley:

“More than half a dozen judges in Minnesota provided comments for an article about immigration enforcement. This included a 90-minute interview given by one judge.

One judge criticized the Trump administration and the Justice Department’s efforts as a ‘grave threat to the rule of law.

In another instance, a judge characterized the Justice Department’s actions as resulting from ‘incompetence.’

    These statements are unacceptable.

When judges publicly criticize government officials…it undermines public confidence in the courts. And it destroys the perception of impartiality upon which the justice system relies.

Make no mistake, all Americans are entitled to disagree with government officials. That includes judges too. But with great power comes great responsibility.

Judges wield the power of a co-equal branch of government – to faithfully and impartially uphold the Constitution. With that comes the responsibility to preserve the integrity of the judiciary.

Federal judges should be issuing opinions and orders in accordance with the law, not giving quotes based on their personal views to the New York Times.

I hope the Chief Justice addresses this issue. My oversight will continue.””
