A plumber, hired by the water company, is here installing the new pipes to hook up the water again. I will be relieved and glad when this water leak episode is finally finished.
But I am so grateful that they had a way to hook my house up to that water tank so that I still could do everything normally done with water in the house.
Kizzie, it is amazing how the Lord blessed you through this. I am trying not to compare my situation to your situation because yours is best case scenario. I am in awe and thank God He has blessed you like that! I need to just be thankful we have money to cover the repair and a pot to pee in! 🙂
A day away in the country with a dear friend. She did not want come home! Neither did I. I introduced her to friends and shops. My friends loved her and they want me to bring her back soon! I cherish the treasures of friendship our Lord blesses us with in this life. And to know we will spend eternity together before Him one day…

Oh, dear, Cheryl. It must have been a rough night. Prayers for you and hubby.
The weather continues to be pleasant with blue skies and passing white puffy clouds.
I made contact with a plumber this morning and hope for a remedy tomorrow. The leak has stopped since we have not used the shower.

We, unexpectantly, are having one of our SILs redo our deck. We had planned on hiring someone and already had estimates.
It will be a cool, windy day. Fall is in the air. We have already been to the clinic and back for some routine tests.

In the 90s here, still, however, so fall will have to wait, except that we do have goldenrod everywhere!
