  1. Another warm one. The deer chewed off all of my flowers during the night…daisies and coreopsis which they are supposedly not fond of! The doe is hiding her fawns on the back of our property and I am believing they are the culprits!! I give up!

  2. Thank you, Jo, and Kathaleena, for your previous messages on the prayer thread.

We took clothes to the funeral home today. We took several suits, a shirt and tie, underwear and socks, but did not have to bring shoes. I never knew people are buried without their shoes

  3. Thank you, 6.

it has been a busy day trying to reach relatives and remember names and ask if anyone has a number for at least one member of the other family groups.

My brother knew them all but I don’t know where he kept things. I have used his phone for recent connections. He never put names with phone numbers but instead tried to remember who was at an area code.

  4. Warm out here and dry…still asking the Lord for rain…

Janice I’m afraid I’m much like your brother not attaching names to phone numbers! I have been known to call a missed area coded no name number immediately explaining myself to the person answering. It usually ended with a jolly laugh between us! Continued prayer covering for you as you navigate the process and emotions attached … what a precious sister you have been to your brother…and are to us❣️

  5. I just called a person who had texted Art with a number but no name. As it turned out it was the husband of the other preparer in Art’s office. I have now put his name matched to the number on Art’s phone.

  6. That is a good heads up for us to label things. My sister has my mom’s little personal phone book. At least she did. I am clueless about many of those numbers. It gets much more difficult when so many are dropping landlines.

  7. That is the same with photos. If nothing is written on them or any people labeled, it is difficult to know what a photo was about. I remember asking my mom why my dad was posed by a vehicle and she did not remember. He was no longer with us to ask.
