I was hoping I could open a window since it has been raining. I am grateful for the rain, but the smoke is still bad. Later it will be in the eighties. 😦 Sorry for those who are severely vulnerable.
Just saw Janice’s post on the prayer thread..praying for her and the family…
Had breakfast with a dear friend…then ran a couple errands. It’s hot and muggy here with cloud cover…I believe we are all ready for a break in this heat!
We got a brief respite from the worse air quality. It is nice to be able to have the windows for a little while. We were happy for some rain in the fire areas. We had less than a tenth of an inch here. Grateful for that, though.

The heat is supposed to ease tomorrow.
The Canada smoke has lessened, but it still lingers.
