    “Of note–and as I reported a few months ago–Liz Kramer, a top official to MN AG Keith Ellison, a subject of the subpoena–is married to Schiltz’s judicial collegue, MN District Court Judge Jeffrey Bryan.

    Following my reporting of their marriage and clear conflict, the DOJ asked Bryan to recuse from all immigration related cases in Minneapolis. He said no.

    Now Schiltz, who has taken an active role against the administration, has quashed a subpoena against an office represented by Bryan’s wife.

    Worse than DC?”
