I would go online and check out any gardening societies near you or county extension sites, Jo. They would have the best advice for your area and soil type. Another thought is to visit greenhouses that sell those bushes/trees and get advice from them. You need to go to an actual greenhouse, not a store, though.

so I just decided to plant more azaleas!!
can I first use roundup? I have a steep area with boulders and thistles and tall weeds. Thinking to kill off those weeds before later planting azaleas
obviously I’m not a gardener so open to advice

Another long exhausting day involving the hospital.
The flowers are my current view when I sit in my outside chair and talk to God. They have been the best ever this year.
