Annie had some more internal bleeding and had to be intubated again. She was sleeping the few times we went into her room. We are hoping her tests come back better today and she can get that out again. My husband and I have to head home today. My oldest daughter will visit. Also, my middle daughter is coming for a week. This was already planned and she will be part at our home and partly at a resort near our home. She will stop in to see her sister coming and/or going. I hate to leave but really haven’t been able to do much of anything much. However, I could hear all the medical personnel had to say and ask questions.
My SIL has actually done a few more job interviews right at the hospital and elsewhere. He has been at the hospital for the most part. Pray for the right timing and job for him.
My grandson is now in the Marine Band. His dad got to drive him to his base yesterday.
Praising God that when we get through really tough times, we look back and think I don’t know how we got through that and at that point we give all credit to God the Waymaker.
Thank you for all the prayers for Miguel yesterday. They did get the PICC line in with some difficulty. His swollen arm is slightly better. He has a clot in it. Should resolve with his blood thinners
Today was a good day. They removed the tube from Annie. She could talk to us again. She started as she did before so that we could barely hear her, but it was not long when she was quite a bit better. Then they were able to sit her up! She told us she wanted us to make a poster that said, “No more tube!” Hopefully, she will be off the dialysis tomorrow.
Praying for Annie and for Miguel now for a good night. And my brother, too.
Lifting Kizzie to God asking for His favor upon her whole situation so that it will all turn out as a beautifully designed life that only He could have arranged.
Continued prayer for Annie and thankful for the baby steps…even though as Aj pointed out the frustration of the back and forth …
Praying Miguel has a better night with good rest for healing. And for your brother Janice….prayerfully that he is seeing a bit of a light at the end of the tunnel in his treatment and diagnosis.
Kizzie may our Lord cover you with His peace and comfort as transition is in the future. As I was purging things today in the basement I was thinking how I would love to live close to you for a bit to help you navigate when it all gets overwhelming. Praying for your restful spirit dear sister….as He leads the way…

Thank you, Kathaleena. I am still praying here in Atlanta. I have been waking in the middle of the night and having extra prayer time with God then.

Kizzie, that is a big change for you and, no doubt, it would be stressful. Prayers for it all.

Poor Annie.
Intubation is no fun, and even worse when it’s in, it’s out, it’s in, it’s out…
That’s a special type of misery, as I know.
Praying for you all.
