Gun control is not an issue here. First, gun control works — this is the first mass school shooting in Canada in over a decade. Second, this was a small mountain town — everyone goes hunting and everyone owns a gun.
The majority of mass shooters are still young white males. Usually, they are said to have mental health issues or reacting to bullying. Now, if this shooter was trans should we not focus on mental health or bullying as opposed to trans just to be consistent?
