Good morning! We are supposed to hit 70° degrees again, maybe for the next two days. I hope things won’t start blooming.
Because of all the flu here, the medical place we most frequent is asking that everyone wear masks. Is that happening all over? A friend told me yesterday that she thinks we are headed into another pandemic. I told her . . . “Go buy toilet paper.”
We have a whole lot of flu here, also, and Covid. Even the nursing homes did not require us to use masks, unless we wanted to do so. They did quarantine residents in their rooms. I have no idea about the hospitals or clinics, Janice.
A woman from our church recently took her father home from his assisted living facility after he tested negative twice for Covid. It was going around the place, and she did not want him getting it and being isolated on Christmas. He ended up getting it at her place and she had to bring him to the ER. He is home and fine now. She hadn’t gotten it the last time I saw her, but I don’t know if she has now.

Yes, that is either gas-lighting or theivery. If she has no money, no protection from harm? Pure evil perpetrating against the vulnerable.
When I am out in the stores, not many are wearing masks.
