Good morning. Rain predicted, which will bring the smoke down again. Preferable to heat and humidity, but we will have that, too. It is a good time of year to live in the north.

My friend was in a different part of town and went to Waffle House to grab a quick bite. She did not at all expect to see who was there. It was the non-stop talker lady. They ate together and my friend got more than a mouthful. Her ears got another abundance!
85 degrees here in the forest … 90 in town. Clouds building in expectation of rain showers…
Errands completed, sweet visit with my friend struggling with Parkinson’s and now I need to plant some Perennials I picked up at Home Depot.
Janice that was funny about the chance meeting of your friend and the chatty woman…God must certainly have a plan!!😁 And I too experience the freezing up while attempting to post…sometimes if I backspace to correct a spelling the entire post just goes poof…all is lost!
We’re in a week of heatwave, with heat indexes over 100. I prefer cooler, but, as one preacher put it, extreme temperatures are a result of the Fall of Adam and Eve.
