It is difficult living across the country from family feeling useless. Mom has been diagnosed with vascular dementia with signs of Alzheimer’s after an MRI last week. She has had multiple mini strokes and she definitely is in mental decline. Two of us need wisdom in how to navigate this path ensuring Mom’s comfort and safety while heading off a self serving sibling.😢
Requesting prayer for my step-mom. She has even more compression fractures and is at her wit’s end. She called my sister crying and asking for help. It is very hard to be so far away.
