That is a challenge, Janice. Kitchens of old never were designed to hold all the appliances of today. Nor were they designed with the number of outlets needed. That is true for those built in the 1970’s like ours was. Imagine those from the early 1900’s! Then we can go older yet. My mother always talked about how young our country is, and our buildings compared to Asia or Europe and how wasteful we often are with them. It is nice to be able to accommodate those appliances that safe us time or money. I hope you can find the best place for it.
My daughter helped us turn a back door clothes closet into a place to hold the extra appliances, pots and pans and food stuffs. How I appreciate that!
It’s a chilly day here! Snow flakes fell last night but did not stick around.
We had the sweetest gathering with my foster baby and her family. Her husband, two babes and her parents came out to our home and I am so blessed to see how our Lord’s plan for their lives has unfolded. My heart is truly full to overflowing !❣️
Kathaleena, our home was built in the early 60s so you are right! And the closets are tiny, no such thing as a walk-in closet. People had much less to store and had their change from summer to winter in a cedar chest, both clothes, and quilts and blankets. We have over indulged and comsumed.
Good morning! Art is at PT, a new routine to work into our lives.
The weather is cooler, what I’d call brisk. Thankful.
Now to figure out where to put the new Ninja Foodie. I think it is too heavy to go with Plan A. What will be planB?
