  1. Praying for our family friend will now be a state congressman. He and his family and others worked very hard to achieve this. They also prayed a whole lot and had others also praying. It will be a big change for their family.

Praying for all in office and going into office.

Praying for revival in our churches and a great awakening in our nation. Lord, help us!

  2. Had my colonoscopy today after another horrible night of prep.

The good news is there were no polyps or anything.

The bad news is there’s a stricture in my colon. This may cause difficulties with the closing of the colostomy and reattachment of the bowel to its normal state. If it can’t be worked around, they will close the current, faulty colostomy and give me a new one. I’m praying that is not the case, that reattachment can occur.

It was a let down to hear this.

The surgery to try will now happen on the 26th of this month as scheduled. Please pray this will be successful and that the drs can reattach things as designed.

    Thanks,

    Allen

  3. Deb is a Christian who has been on hospice for a while now. I just heard she is ready to go to the Lord and that her time may, indeed, be short. Pray for the peace she needs etc. Also, she is now at her daughter’s and her daughter just had surgery for her own cancer. Her name is Amy.

Also, Penny is in terrible pain from health issues. She is also a Christian. She came down for the jam today in spite of the pain, just to have some relief from being in her own apartment by herself. I know prayers would be appreciated for her, too.
