  1. Prayers for Andy to get to know Jesus during her down time. Prayers for her to have caring Christians to show up for her and share in ways she can understand. To be the caring heart of Jesus meeting her needs in her weakened state. For healing and new life, spiritually and physically.

  2. Please pray for a teenage boy named Kaden, the son of an acquaintance’s husband, who has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia. And for salvation for him and his family.

Also, please pray for that young woman I mentioned a while back to get in touch with her parents before she moves across the country.

    Thank you.

  3. My Bible study group has prayed for a teenage boy with maybe that same condition, Kizzie. Adding this one, too. So sad. Way too young for that. Also lifting the prodigal young lady. May she soon be compelled to reach out.

How is your family lately, Kizzie? Is Boy enjoying football?

  4. Funny you should ask that, Janice. Boy was indeed enjoying playing football, really throwing himself into it. And then last evening at practice, he got another concussion, so he is out for the rest of the season. 😦

Nightingale has been super busy with various things, including a difficult college class (Microbiology).

Chickadee doesn’t communicate much, although I send her brief texts about once a week. I am waiting for her to be able to arrange to have someone drop her off here one night, and then pick her up the next afternoon or evening. But it’s taking a long while to arrange that. (Nightingale is too busy to provide those rides. A round trip takes close to an hour.) It has been four months since I’ve seen her. 😦

  5. So sorry about the concussion, Kizzie. It is best to let it heal and not push to play. Too many could cause a serious loss .. . prayers for him to find another sport or hobby for a season.

Nightingale will be glad to have that tough class behind her, I’m sure. She is working so hard to meet her goals. Prayers for her success.

I hope you can soon make those arrangements to see Chickadee. It would be wonderful if you could do a few video calls with her along. I discovered how to use those disguises on Google Meet to be a cat, dog, pirate, etc. I think a young person like her might find that fun. You could practice it with Boy and then see if Chickadee would enjoy it. Praying you will see her soon.
