Prayer Requests 3-11-23

Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 54

A maskil of David. When the Ziphites had gone to Saul and said, “Is not David hiding among us?”

Save me, O God, by your name;
    vindicate me by your might.
Hear my prayer, O God;
    listen to the words of my mouth.

Arrogant foes are attacking me;
    ruthless people are trying to kill me—
    people without regard for God.

Surely God is my help;
    the Lord is the one who sustains me.

Let evil recoil on those who slander me;
    in your faithfulness destroy them.

I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you;
    I will praise your name, Lord, for it is good.
You have delivered me from all my troubles,
    and my eyes have looked in triumph on my foes.

  1. Praying for quick recovery with no lasting damages at Mumsee’s house, and that it spread no farther. And for salvation for her dad.

    Also praying for DJ’s elder with the cancer diagnosis, that a pathway to effective treatment will be open up.

    And praying that in all these trials, God will be glorified, and His name lifted up and magnified for all to see and hear.

  2. Amen!
    Praying for the unsaved young ones in the families represented here on the blog. May they be a step closer to salvation today than they were yesterday. May the Holy Spirit draw them by whatever means necessary to new faith, to repentance, to church attendance, to life abundant, and to bonding with their family on a spiritual level. Please, Lotd, You know the hearts, You know the ones in need. Please make a new way for Your Way to enter their beings. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen

  3. He does. He likes children but expects them to play quietly when in the house and loudly outside. Son in law does very well at keeping it that way. He keeps them mostly on their end of the house but they come out for meals and visits periodically. He enjoys seeing them and notices when they are gone. He is very sad for them and their parents and is glad we are letting them stay here.

  4. Prayer for a guy in our church, the children’s boss and son in law’s boss. He is out with pneumonia. He is probably where we got our current illness and i am praying my dad does not get it as he is in a category susceptible to pneumonia. As are son and husband.

  5. Please pray for my granddaughter, Jessica Arellanes, who was in a serious accident yesterday. She was flown to the trauma center in ElPaso. She has a serious head injury, suffered a traumatic stroke, has a broken leg and pelvis, and I believe T1 and T3 are broken.

  6. Heavenly Father, I lift up Jessica to You for a multitude of healing mercies on all the broken parts. Please make a good path of recovery for her. I pray for her medical teams that they will be excellent in all aspects of her care. Please give her pain relief. Lord, You know all she needs each step through this. Please give full restoration in every manner of speaking to Jessica and all her family. Please bless them with faith in Jesus to be a firm foundation for this shaky time. I pray in His name, Amen

  7. Lord, please keep Mumsee’s family immune from any virus turning into anything more serious. Please let any illness in their household be short-lived and driven out from among them. Please help the boss man to recover as quickly as possible to be back to his work. Thank You for clearing out any illness from the Nest very quickly. In Jesus’ name, Amen
