A song of ascents.
1 I call on the Lord in my distress,
and he answers me.
2 Save me, Lord,
from lying lips
and from deceitful tongues.

you deceitful tongue?
4 He will punish you with a warrior’s sharp arrows,
with burning coals of the broom bush.
5 Woe to me that I dwell in Meshek,
that I live among the tents of Kedar!

among those who hate peace.

but when I speak, they are for war.
Wandering Views 
Grandpa had a good chat with his wife this morning. She is still in the hospital and was telling him that we took him away. Leaving off the part of her moving to her daughter’s and wanting him in a nursing home. She was only at her daughter’s for a day or two before she was in the hospital, where she has been since from the sound of it. We explain to him that she plans to look for an assisted living place for the two of them to be together after she is released from the hospital. Prayer for her to face the Truth and settle into His arms.

Boy is back at school, since yesterday, and I am starting to feel like I am getting better.

Grandpa has been talkative today. We covered Heaven and Christ and salvation and the Creator making all those planets and galaxies and coordinating their movement and what He made them for and what we will do in Heaven and who will be there and farm life and hardware store and wives and remarriage and hospice and nursing homes and assisted living and and and…..now it is nap time. For both of us. Prayer that our words will ease his passing and open his trust in the One.
