Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 28
Of David.
1 To you, Lord, I call;
you are my Rock,
do not turn a deaf ear to me.
For if you remain silent,
I will be like those who go down to the pit.
2 Hear my cry for mercy
as I call to you for help,
as I lift up my hands
toward your Most Holy Place.
3 Do not drag me away with the wicked,
with those who do evil,
who speak cordially with their neighbors
but harbor malice in their hearts.
4 Repay them for their deeds
and for their evil work;
repay them for what their hands have done
and bring back on them what they deserve.
5 Because they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord
and what his hands have done,
he will tear them down
and never build them up again.
6 Praise be to the Lord,
for he has heard my cry for mercy.
7 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him.
8 The Lord is the strength of his people,
a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
9 Save your people and bless your inheritance;
be their shepherd and carry them forever.
Prayers for all those rescued victims of sex traffiking in our nation. May they be given excellent physical care and be given Christan counsel to revive them from the ashes of burned out lives. Praising God for removing traffikers so they can not do this to others. Setting captives free!

The delivery of our new fridge is expected soon. (Supposed to be between 7:30 and 10:30 this morning.) Please pray that fitting it through the doors will go smoothly, and that they will indeed be here soon. Thank you.
(Former WMBer Tammy had a refrigerator delivery that did not go well. The men would not take the doors off the fridge to fit it through the door, and then refused to give her her old fridge back. having read of her frustrations with this on Facebook has me a little nervous. Then again, our new fridge is a little smaller than the old one, so there shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll just feel better when it is safely in.)

Praying now, Kizzie. My brother had to take the door off to get it to open on the side we needed it to open on.

I really could use prayers. I’m tired. I’m soul weary tired. I don’t like feeling this way. Real Estate is shifting and everyone is having to adjust. I’m just at the bottom of the hill where it all rolls down.

Refrigerator successfully delivered!
It was determined that coming in the back way would be easier. He didn’t have to take the doors off.
We had not been told that it was up to us to figure out how to disconnect the water tube from the back of the fridge. The guy said he’s not supposed to do that, but he did us a favor and did it anyway. 🙂

Congratulations on the new refrigerator! Now go shopping 🙂
Kim, prayers — real estate does seem like it’s rocking and rolling right now, prices are being cut where I am and there’s a lot of uncertainty for the time being.
You’ve also had a lot of personal family loss you’re dealing with.

Then it is safe to tell you Designer Girls bad experience, Kizzie. They got the old fridge emptied and outside. Then while the new was being brought into the house they saw a huge scrape and another bump on the new one. It had to be returned. Fortunately, the deliverers did bring the old one back in. I don’t think they have gotten another new one yet. It was disappointing for sure. Glad your experience was good.

Now we await Chickadee’s arrival for a visit. Due to Nightingale being particularly busy last month, we did not have our July visit.
She said she could be dropped off around noon, so I am hoping that she will not be later than that. (The McKs tend to be late to everything – sometimes VERY late.)

Kim, praying for your soul’s rest and peace. Praying you will fully trust in God and give your burdens to Him.
We began our new Bible study workbook, Becoming a Woman of Simplicity, and the first chapter was all about finding God’s peace and rest by being fully devoted to Him above all else. Your post, Kim, which I saw just after finishing today’s group time, so much expressed the longing of so many of us to rest in His peace despite what swirls around us.

The crisis is building here. Prayer.

Heavenly Father, please step into the crisis at the Nest. I pray where confusion is trying to master the household that You would put a firm grip on the situation and turn it into orderly processing of the situation. Please bring clarity to muddled minds tempted to obey emotions rather than wisdom from You. I pray for a greater infusion of Your power to withstand the fiery darts of the evil one who targets this precious family. Please show Your mighty hand as the Waymaker when obstacles loom ever larger. May the greater good for the better purposes You desire always be first priority in decision making. Bless this home and the hearts within it with peace, love, joy, and hope. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen

I am OK as well. Today was the second day of dealing with an irrational buyer when my agent had the seller. When I talked to the other broker she had let the buyer agent go and told me the agent told the buyer to call the broker at my company. Two days working on that one.
Then that wasn’t even the worst one today. I think I will just start posting on our facebook group every morning to “Tell Me Something Good”
