Prayers for Peter this morning.

Psalm 13
A psalm of David.
1 How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me?
2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts
and day after day have sorrow in my heart?
How long will my enemy triumph over me?
3 Look on me and answer, Lord my God.
Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death,
4 and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,”
and my foes will rejoice when I fall.
5 But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.
6 I will sing the Lord’s praise,
for he has been good to me.

Prayers for Peter, DJ, Nightingale, and others.
Last I heard my surgery will be in the timeframe of mid August until early Sept. Art is going to be scheduling his kidney stone surgery soon, too. We have a dire case of the ‘not knowing when’ in our home. It is all in God’s hands.

Please pray for my friend and former co-worker, Stephanie. Her mom died today, Stephanie has been in Arizona helping to care for her since before the pandemic.
They were incredibly close, unusually so really, and she’s in shock and alone tonight — her boyfriend who also works for us is heading out there when he gets off work tonight but won’t get there until early morning.
This will be a really hard loss for her to get through.
