Prayer Requests 6-6-22

Anyone have something to share?

119:89-104

ל Lamedh

89 Your word, Lord, is eternal;
    it stands firm in the heavens.
90 Your faithfulness continues through all generations;
    you established the earth, and it endures.
91 Your laws endure to this day,
    for all things serve you.
92 If your law had not been my delight,
    I would have perished in my affliction.
93 I will never forget your precepts,
    for by them you have preserved my life.
94 Save me, for I am yours;
    I have sought out your precepts.
95 The wicked are waiting to destroy me,
    but I will ponder your statutes.
96 To all perfection I see a limit,
    but your commands are boundless.

מ Mem

97 Oh, how I love your law!
    I meditate on it all day long.
98 Your commands are always with me
    and make me wiser than my enemies.
99 I have more insight than all my teachers,
    for I meditate on your statutes.
100 I have more understanding than the elders,
    for I obey your precepts.
101 I have kept my feet from every evil path
    so that I might obey your word.
102 I have not departed from your laws,
    for you yourself have taught me.
103 How sweet are your words to my taste,
    sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 I gain understanding from your precepts;
    therefore I hate every wrong path.

  1. Prayers for those with choldren who need the Lord front and center in thdir lives; prayers for AJ’s healing process: prayers for Jo readying for travel; prayers for 6 to be given wisdom in all interactions with clients and students; prayers for Mumsee and a working out of what is best for parents (including salvatoons); prayers for my church’s VBS to go well this week and result in salvations; prayers for me to have a productive week and opportunities for exercise. 2. Thanks, Janice.

    Prayers also for new students starting this week, all three of them transfers, which is generally a little more challenging for me at first than to start rank beginners.

    Prayers, too, if you’re inclined, for three baby robins whose nest was knocked to the deck floor by a leaping cat. They survived the fall and appear healthy, though I don’t know if they have internal injuries. Hubby built a more secure, cat-proof (we hope) structure to house the nest next to where it had been (on top of an outdoor light fixture on the back of our house). Parent birds have found the nest, and feeding/sheltering has resumed. 6th Arrow has been observing their growth — they’re about a week old now — and loves all things animal; pets, birds in the wild, etc. A little prayer for her as she “caretakes” the baby robins from a distance would be sweet. Thank you.

  3. Prayer for eldest daughter who learned at her dr appt that the baby she is carrying may not be viable. Hopefully, just a miscalculation. A second check in a couple of weeks, if she does not miscarry before them. They have two and lost one, don’t want to lose another. But God knows and we trust.

  4. Oh dear…. Praying for Mom and baby ♥️ And birdies and hatchlings ❤️
    And for the memory issues…. 🙏🏻

    Daughter received a notice from her insurance company stating the lady who granddaughter rear ended a year and a half ago is going to sue them. Daughter is sick to her stomach over it all. At the time the husband and wife were very kind and laughing saying they had teens at one time and dealt with the same situations. They only had a dent in the back of their SUV and no airbags deployed. Praying for truth, mercy and the Lord to make a way…..

  5. Praying above, friends.

    Two of the new transfers started today. Both girls, about the same age, about the same length of time having taken piano lessons, both coming from the same teacher, but quite different strengths and weaknesses.

    I love the uniqueness God gives to each individual He creates!
