It’s Wednesday, so don’t forget Ajissun and the folks in The Gambia.
Anyone else?
Psalm 26
Of David.
1 Vindicate me, Lord,
for I have led a blameless life;
I have trusted in the Lord
and have not faltered.
2 Test me, Lord, and try me,
examine my heart and my mind;
3 for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love
and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.
4 I do not sit with the deceitful,
nor do I associate with hypocrites.
5 I abhor the assembly of evildoers
and refuse to sit with the wicked.
6 I wash my hands in innocence,
and go about your altar, Lord,
7 proclaiming aloud your praise
and telling of all your wonderful deeds.
8 Lord, I love the house where you live,
the place where your glory dwells.
9 Do not take away my soul along with sinners,
my life with those who are bloodthirsty,
10 in whose hands are wicked schemes,
whose right hands are full of bribes.
11 I lead a blameless life;
deliver me and be merciful to me.
12 My feet stand on level ground;
in the great congregation I will praise the Lord.
Prayer for our churches today. Because we can.

Prayers for Chas and others here. We all have so many needs these days.
I am suppose to attend something tonight at the new church. A friend from the old church will drive and attend with me since I can’t drive at night. Please pray that I will do okay meeting the new people. My friend is an introvert, too. Michelle has met her.

Janice, I will pray for a new life-long friend who sees you arrive and greets you right away. That is what happened when we arrived in our new home 10 years ago – they were the couple we went for supper with on my birthday.

My 14 year-old grandson was hit in the throat yesterday by a baseball traveling at 70 mph.
They’re concerned the ball may have broken his larynx and are having trouble getting in for a CT scan.
Could you pray he gets the treatment he needs soon?
It’s not life-threatening, though he’s hoarse and cannot eat anything other than liquids. He’s been able to do schoolwork today while they’ve been trying to get him in for his scan.
Thanks.
