Prayer Requests 11-29-21

Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 113

Praise the Lord.

   Praise the Lord, you his servants;
    praise the name of the Lord.
Let the name of the Lord be praised,
    both now and forevermore.
From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets,
    the name of the Lord is to be praised.

The Lord is exalted over all the nations,
    his glory above the heavens.
Who is like the Lord our God,
    the One who sits enthroned on high,
who stoops down to look
    on the heavens and the earth?

He raises the poor from the dust
    and lifts the needy from the ash heap;
he seats them with princes,
    with the princes of his people.
He settles the childless woman in her home
    as a happy mother of children.

   Praise the Lord.

  1. My mother-in-law passed away this weekend.

    I note what Mumsee wrote on the previous prayer thread: “God is not constrained by time though He works with us in time. So, even if tomorrow is here before its time, He still hears.”

    The timeframe the Lord gave my MIL was different than what was expected. You may recall she had a heart attack on Easter this year and was given a few days to live. We were told her liver and kidneys were shutting down and the end was near.

    She rallied in health and strength, and God in His mercy gave us many more months to enjoy having her with us here on earth before He took her home.

    Please pray for my husband and siblings. Both of their parents are gone now, as is their youngest sister, who died last year.

    Thank you.

  2. Oh, Six. Sorry to hear that. Will certainly lift y’all in prayer.🙏
    May God’s peace be felt among the family members both when in the company of each other and also in alone times. May God’s presence be at all times felt, noticed by all, and recognized as He supernaturally ministers to you all. In Jesus, I pray.

  3. Son was taken to the doctor. They did a couple of nebulizer treatments with additional meds. He is back on steroids. He opted out of karate this evening.

  4. I am sad to hear of your MIL’s passing 6. Praying for your husband his siblings…the pangs of loss seem to be especially hard during this time of year. 🙏🏻
