  1. The old fool gets feisty when you call them on their BS.

Trump separated the children from the smugglers and criminals using them to gain access. Those whose parents could be confirmed and located were returned.

He can get indignant all he wants, the facts are against this ranting fool.

Let’s keep in mind these parents willing gave their children over to smuggler/predators that the US took them from, so giving them cash is just idiocy.

  4. First the feds and media bury the Hunter laptop story, and now the Biden’s daughter diary gets the same.

Note it’s not alleged that they stole it, only that as journalists, a source provided details for a story they were working on.

I’m sure this type of strong arming, intimidation tactics by the feds happens to liberal media outlets all the time…. 🙄

And it goes on and on. They lied. They spread fake news. They knew it was. They haven’t corrected the record on numerous stories on Russia, Russia, Russia that they know are false.

    It’s intentional.

“1. So, after analyzing every precinct in Virginia…it’s obvious that Youngkin won a higher % of non-white votes than any GOP statewide nominee since Holton ’69/Coleman ’77.
    2. Obviously the definition of non-white has changed since Holton/Coleman when non-white was almost exclusively Black voters. Both Holton and Coleman won roughly 33% of Black voters.
    3. As always, I think the exit polls are wrong. Youngkin didn’t win a majority of Hispanic voters. But, the NYT analysis of him winning ~37% of Hispanic voters is probably a tad low as well.
    4. It’s nearly impossible to “know”…but, I did look at some Census tract data as well as precinct data. My own conclusion is that he won just north of 40% of Hispanic voters. He probably did even a tad better with Asian voters. But, again, it’s impossible to be certain given

  9. It’s good to know that there are still a few judges who administer justice based on law and the Constitution.

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/federal-court-blocks-biden-administrations-private-business-covid-19-vaccine-mandate_4089942.html

“A federal appeals court on Saturday blocked the Biden administration’s private employer COVID-19 vaccine mandate, asserting there may be constitutional issues with the requirement.

“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate, the mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court,” a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said in the brief order.

The halt of the mandate, which was unveiled this week, is temporary as the case moves forward.

The case was brought by multiple businesses, including the American Family Association; multiple individuals; and several states, including Texas, Utah, and Mississippi.

Petitioners said the mandate, promulgated as an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) by the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), should be struck down because it exceeds OSHA’s authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

They said that the authority is limited to workplace-related hazards while the risk from COVID-19 is “a society-wide danger.” They also said the mandate doesn’t make sense because determining whether COVID-19 is a workplace hazard depends on employees’ age and health, not how many co-workers they have.

“In an attempt to impose a nationwide vaccination mandate without approval from Congress, the executive branch has couched its COVID-19 vaccine mandate as an emergency workplace rule affecting nearly 100 million Americans. But the ETS is neither a workplace rule nor responsive to an emergency,” lawyers for the petitioners wrote in an emergency motion asking the court to impose a stay.

“Vaccination status is a public health issue that affects people throughout society; it is not a hazard particular to the workplace. And there is no need to use an emergency rule to address a pandemic that has been going on for nearly two years. Congress did not grant OSHA such sweeping powers in its authorizing statute,” they added.”

  10. Where is the msm on this story?

May the Lord provide Luka Binniyat His strength, protection and peace…

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/epoch-times-reporter-jailed-in-nigeria_4090250.html

Religious freedom advocates in Washington are protesting the jailing Nov. 4 of Epoch Times reporter Luka Binniyat, who has been at the forefront of reporting atrocities against Nigerian Christians.

““This is an alarming development. If a journalist, reporting on the government’s refusal to prosecute those engaged in religious motivated atrocities has been arrested for his report, this would be further evidence that the government of Nigeria is complicit in the ongoing egregious and systematic religious persecution in Nigeria,” said Tony Perkins, a commissioner serving on the U.S. Council on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), to The Epoch Times.

The charge against Binniyat likely will be “injurious falsehood and incitement,” according to Reuben Buhari, a fellow freelance journalist and friend, who visited Binniyat the afternoon of Nov. 6. According to Buhari, the arrest is likely linked to Binniyat’s most recent story in The Epoch Times, “In Nigeria, Police Decry Massacres as ‘Wicked’ but Make No Arrests.” Binniyat likely will face official charges at a court hearing on Nov. 8, according to Buhari. Police authorities did not respond to calls from The Epoch Times.”
