  1. They didn’t inadvertently forget anything, but have assumed the role of despots. They tried to cover it up in order to not delay the implementation of their Socialist agenda.

“The superintendent of a Virginia school district on Friday appeared to admit the district violated state law in failing to properly report alleged sexual assaults, as a state official confirmed the matter is under review.

Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler made the admission during a brief appearance before reporters, where he read a prepared statement and took no questions.

Ziegler said that the district made “errors in our state reporting regarding disciplinary incidents in schools,” adding that it “inadvertently omitted some information in the past.”

“That is extremely concerning, and we are taking steps to make sure that process is improved. I will say that I have no reason to believe at this time that any missing reports were due to an intent to hide any information from the Virginia Department of Education,” he said, blaming an alleged “lack of oversight” that was in place before he was appointed in June, even though he served as interim superintendent starting Jan. 1.

Ziegler appeared to be responding to a report by The Daily Wire that the district failed to record multiple instances of alleged sexual assault even though it’s required to by state law.

Ziegler said during a school board meeting on June 22 that he was unaware of any record of assaults happening in the district’s restrooms, nearly a month after a girl was allegedly raped by a male in a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School.”

  2. There’s way more to the story above…..

“Nevertheless, due to the New Media publicity, LCPS released a statement that finally acknowledged the assault but still attacked Scott Smith as not having registered to speak at the June 22 school board meeting.

Here’s the relevant part of the statement:

Once a matter has been reported to law enforcement, LCPS does not begin its investigation until law enforcement advises LCPS that it has completed the criminal investigation. To maintain the integrity of the criminal investigation, law enforcement requested that LCPS not interview students until their investigation is concluded. LCPS has cooperated and continues to cooperate with law enforcement.

Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault,” the statement added. “LCPS does impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation, and preserve the integrity of the investigation and resolution process.

To protect Ziegler, the man who claimed there was no record of any kind of sexual assault, this was added to the statement:

School Board members are typically not given details of disciplinary matters. The board may be obligated to consider long-term suspensions or expulsions and must ensure that students have not been deprived of due process.

Consequently, members of the Loudon County School Board were not aware of the specific details of this incident until it was reported in media outlets earlier this week. We are unable to locate any records that indicate that Scott Smith had registered in advance to speak at the June 22, 2021 board meeting.

Oh, bull@#%$. If the school board was not aware of the assault, why was Smith literally tackled and arrested? You don’t do that, even if he’s not on your stupid list unless you are terrified of what he has to say.

The entire goal here is obvious. The school wanted to cover up a horrific rape claim long enough to make it legal for sexual predators and mentally ill transsexuals to enter your daughter’s bathroom and locker rooms.”

  3. And it gets even more horrible….

They put the trans policy in place that allowed the assault to happen, and then covered it up and did nothing to the trans offender.

  4. The first rat has jumped ship.

  5. The rubes buy it, but it’s been a set-up from the beginning.

The FBI knew all about it, because they orchestrated the entire thing.

  6. Like

  7. So how do they reward the FBI for their set-up?

    Like this….

They let the treacherous little slime ball who should be in prison for the Russia, Russia, Russia scam off with his pension and everything.

Mission accomplished, years of lies, put the country thru hell, and you get rewarded, right you un-American scumbags…

Nope, no Deep State here, right?

  9. The Covid Scolds will not be pleased.

Once again they’ve been pushing lies and untruths….

Now, about those aborted fetal cells they insist weren’t in their jab……

“Pfizer Whistleblower Reveals Why She Finally Decided to Come Forward”

“A Pfizer whistleblower said that she decided to expose her company after a decade of working for them because she feels that people are not making informed decisions about what goes into their bodies.

Melissa McAtee told The Daily Wire’s Candace Owens that she had damning information on Pfizer, which recently had their COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Food and Drug Administration, but did not elect to reveal it until another whistleblower for the company spoke on why they had come forward.

“I watched Jodi’s [O’Malley] whistleblow and she said that, you know, she doesn’t fear men she fears God, and I thought, well, I believe that so why aren’t I doing anything?” McAtee said, adding that she then reached out to Project Veritas.

McAtee, who was a quality auditor at Pfizer, noticed that the vaccine was glowing under a certain light and, even after alerting the company, the issue was still ignored. She also noted that fellow employees who had worked at the company for upwards of 40 years had never seen what was going on with this vaccine.

She said in a Project Veritas interview made public last week that internal Pfizer emails from high-level employees instructed workers not to reveal to the public the role aborted fetal cells played in the development of its coronavirus vaccine.

“We want to avoid having the information on the fetal cells flouting out there,” one email read, which added that the company looked to steer clear of raising the issue to policy makers and the media.

McAtee told Owens that Pfizer was being strategic in their omission of information regarding fetal cells in vaccines and that she first asked her husband his opinion on the emails in order to confirm her initial reaction.

“They’re not necessarily lying, they’re being deceitful and leaving out information, and that was enough for me to say, ‘well it’s pretty common knowledge to say that immortal cell lines are used in these things so why are they acting like they have something to hide over something that’s pretty well known,'” McAtee said.”

  10. The Veritas (doing the actual investigative journalism the MSM won’t) video is here.

“In a video released by Project Veritas today, Pfizer whistleblower Melissa Strickler provided a chain of emails between top Pfizer executives including VP and CSO Philip Dormitzer and Senior Director of Worldwide Research Vanessa Gelman, in which they discuss the appropriate script and “approved answer” to use in order to avoid disclosing information to the public on the use of fetal cell lines in creating the vaccine.”

“Melissa Strickler has worked at Pfizer for about ten years and is currently part of the quality department at one of the company’s biggest plants. She accidentally uncovered a chain of emails discussing fetal tissue and the COVID vaccine.

“What was troubling to me was that they wanted to keep it under wraps,” Strickler told Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. “They didn’t really want the information out there that they were using the HEK cells to do the study. They’re being so deceptive in their emails … they’re just being really deceptive and they’re being careful with their words, and it made me not trust it.”

The first leaked email shown in the report was from Advait Badkar, a Senior Director at Pfizer, asking Gelman how to answer a question about whether Pfizer used a cell line from an aborted fetus when carrying out confirmation tests for the vaccine. Badkar admits in this email that Pfizer had already confirmed that no cell lines from an aborted fetus were used in the “manufacturing process.”

The first reply to Badkar’s question came from Dormitzer, who wrote that there is “an approved answer” to the question about the use of fetal cell lines. He acknowledged that “HEK293T cells” are “ultimately derived from an aborted fetus.”

HEK stands for Human Embryonic Kidney, and 293 is the number of experiments that were needed to obtain the cell line from the kidney of the aborted baby.

Gelman wrote that Pfizer “[has] been trying as much as possible to not mention the fetal cell lines.”

The last sentence of her email said, “The piece in yellow we have tried really hard not to share unless it’s strictly necessary and mission critical.” The sentence highlighted in yellow was, “One or more cell lines with an origin that can be traced back to human fetal tissue has been used in laboratory tests associated with the vaccine program.”

“Sarah Weiser, a Principal Scientist at Pfizer also joined the email conversation and asked for clarification about whether the full text should be used in reply to enquiries, including the part highlighted in yellow. In response, Gelman emphasized that the highlighted part should not be included. “No,” she wrote. “I would prefer we do not use the text in yellow [emphasis in original].”

When prompted by O’Keefe to comment on why Pfizer would want to keep that part secret from the public, Strickler replied, “They don’t want to have to deal with people who are upset, because I think people can use religious exemptions for this, and they don’t want that.”

“I think they want nobody to have an excuse to not get it … and they’re denying all religious exemptions at Pfizer,” Strickler added.”

They know this gives religious folks grounds for religious exemptions, and they just can’t have that.

  11. Aj @12:48pm: The girl’s dad should sue the entire school board and the school district for their roles in allowing and covering up the rape of his daughter. Every one of them should be doing jail time.

  12. It’s maddening that thru all the misdeeds here, the father is the one being attacked. Those off duty sheriffs should all be fired for what they did to him. And sued…..

Same goes for the school, administrators, and the school board members who covered it up and lied to federal and state authorities. Sue them, try them for their criminal deeds, and lock them up.

  13. But he let’s off the clown leader of the FBI who orchestrated it all for the benefit of Democrats.

  14. I guess it is….

“Is “Insurrection” Cool Again? Climate Change Extremists Attempt To Storm Government Building

“It was global warming activists who tried to storm the Department of the Interior building. One officer was injured””

“Progressive climate change protesters stormed the Department of the Interior in Washington, DC this week. Is this an attack on our democracy? Was it worse than WWII and 9/11 combined?

We’re patiently waiting for hyperventilating Democrats and media types to chime in on this outrage.

    Matt Vespa writes at Townhall:

So, We’re Just Going to Ignore a Bunch of Green Warriors Who Tried to Storm the Department of the Interior?

It wasn’t the Capitol Building, but another insurrection occurred in Washington DC this week. Based on the liberal media’s rules, this was an attack on our democracy*, our principles, and it should shake us to our core. This isn’t who we are. Was this worse than 9/11? I don’t know.

That’s what the establishment media thought of the January 6 riot. Are these domestic terrorists going to be arrested as well? Will there be a congressional committee to investigate how this heinous attack on our country occurred this week? Probably not. It was left-wingers. It was global warming activists who tried to storm the Department of the Interior building. One officer was injured…

Vespa points to this report from the Washington Post:

Police and climate activists hurt in clashes at Interior Dept.

Police and climate activists clashed Thursday during protests at the Interior Department, with security personnel sustaining “multiple injuries” and one officer being taken to a hospital, agency spokeswoman Melissa Schwartz said.”

“Everything is different, when the left does it…”

  15. School boards, superintendents and principals have always tried to sweep problems under the carpet. There’s no socialist agenda here. Mangers, bureaucrats, and politicians have long denied sexual assault and rape as an issue no matter which gender committed it. Instead people act in their own self interest — principals don’t want to admit a rape occurred in their building, superintendents don’t want to admit their policies don’t work and they hired incompetent principals. This applies no matter the political leanings. Betsey DeVos downplayed rape on university campuses. My principal downplayed sexual assaults in the hallway even when I brought it to her attention along with a drug problem she refused to admit. If she dealt with the sexual assaults and drugs appropriately, the number of suspensions, police referrals etc would be part of the data the superintendent would use to evaluate her.

Sure, in this particular case, trying to avoid criticism from the transgender community may be the motivation here but that’s no different than a principal bending over backwards to avoid charges of racism or upper white middle class parents ensuring their son doesn’t have anything negative on his school record which may harm his future.

  16. No surprise on the militia story — there were times communist party cells in the US and Canada had more police informants than actual members. Sometimes they even arrested each other. After 9/11, agents actively led Muslim youth to plan bombings — charges were overturned when it was found the agents did all the heavy lifting and Muslim youths were just following the leadership of the FBI. Hence, I’m not surprised the FBI uses similar tactics with right wing militias. Another good argument for defunding the police.

  17. I’m having trouble understanding the pro-life argument on fetal cell lines. Most pro life groups argue that a fetus and a human being are the same. Nobody objects when pharma uses cell lines from dead humans but pro life objects to the use of fetal cell lines — shouldn’t they object to both or neither to be consistent? Now some may say using fetal cell lines legitimizes abortion but does using human cell lines legitimize murder?

  18. Here is the piece written by Joe Carter, who was moderator of the WMB for a while. (HEK293T is the cell line mentioned in AJ’s link.)

“Fetal tissue can be used in biomedical research for transplantation material and other purposes, though they are more often connected to the creation of “immortalized” cell lines. Immortalized cell lines are established by culturing fetal cells in such a way that they continue growing and multiplying in laboratory dishes indefinitely. Such cells can then be used for such activities as testing a drug’s ability to damage genetic material or to test the effects of specific viral infection.

While immortalized cell lines began with fetal cells, they no longer contain fetal body parts, and no fetal tissue remains. No cells remain from the original fetal tissue, so they are not themselves “fetal cell.”

HEK293T is a widely used immortalized cell line that was made from fetal tissue acquired in the Netherlands in the 1970s. The records pertaining to the origins of HEK293T were lost, so it is not known where the fetal tissue originated. However there are strong reasons to believe the tissue came from a miscarriage, and no compelling reason to believe it came from an elective abortion.”

  19. So that’s the defense?

    From a year ago?

Then why the need to hide and lie?

Why the need to pretend this doesn’t aid a religious exemption?

Again, why the need to deceive?

And sorry Kizzie, I trust few of the medical experts given their track record for the last year and a half.

And they seem to know everything about HEK293T except where it came from, or how it’s records suddenly, “got lost.”

And what of this, which you left out?

“In addition to the use on REGN-COV2, at least five of the candidate COVID-19 vaccines being developed in America use cells from HEK293T cells or PER.C6, a cell line from developed from retinal cells from an 18-week-old fetus aborted in 1985.

The vaccines by Pfizera and Moderna used HEK293T cells in the testing process. For anyone who has qualms about the connection to aborted tissue, these are the vaccines that would be preferable.”

While Joe defends the HEK293T he barely makes mention of the other, “PER.C6, a cell line from developed from retinal cells from an 18-week-old fetus aborted in 1985.”

Now why do you suppose that is?

Maybe because it blows up his argument that it’s really no big deal?

  20. Joe’s a lot of things, but medical expert is not one of them, as his early statements on vaccines in general shows. He’s prone to believing what the “experts” sell.

Because here he is saying the exact opposite of what you posted above.

“HEK293T is a widely used immortalized cell line that was made from fetal tissue acquired in the Netherlands in the 1970s. The records pertaining to the origins of HEK293T were lost, so it is not known where the fetal tissue originated.”

He seems quite sure in this one that HEK-293 was, and I’m quoting here….

“However, there are some vaccines created from cell lines (such as WI-38, MRC-5, HEK-293, PER C6, and WI-26) that were derived from tissue taken from aborted fetuses from the 1960s.”

While he downplays the significance of the aborted tissue here too, he seems sure on HEK293’s origins back in 2019.

“What about vaccines made from aborted fetal tissue?

There are currently no vaccines created by using cells directly taken from the bodies of aborted fetuses. However, there are some vaccines created from cell lines (such as WI-38, MRC-5, HEK-293, PER C6, and WI-26) that were derived from tissue taken from aborted fetuses from the 1960s. (Update: Another cell line—Walvax-2—was created from an aborted fetus in China in 2015, though there currently do not appear to be any vaccines that use that cell line.) As the National Catholic Bioethics Center explains:

Any product grown in these or other cell lines derived from abortions, therefore, has a distant association with abortion. The cells in these lines have gone through multiple divisions before they are used in vaccine manufacture. After manufacture, the vaccines are removed from the cell lines and purified. One cannot accurately say that the vaccines contain any of the cells from the original abortion.”

    So what changed?

  21. I double checked this morning.

The US media is still mostly garbage.

  22. Guaranteed.

  23. Blue checked hack says what?

    ‘Cuz it’s nuts.

  24. This is why we can’t have nice things…..

Because there’s always some idiots complaining about something.

  25. ———

  26. She said it nicer than I would.

They should both be in prison for the lies they pushed and what they put this country thru.

  27. Just another aspect of the Communist agenda to disable our military and destroy people’s careers, leading to the total destruction of our country. We are are no longer the land of the free, but we are still the home of the brave. God bless those who refuse to take this dangerous, experimental drug.

“A new U.S. Navy order released this week says all active-duty Navy personnel who don’t get a COVID-19 vaccine by an upcoming deadline will be discharged—with possible financial repercussions as well.

The order applies to any sailor that is not fully vaccinated against the virus that causes COVID-19 by Nov. 28 and has not received a religious or medical exemption or has an application for an exemption pending.”

“In the weeks before the deadline arrives, commanders were told not to let any sailors refusing a COVID-19 vaccine get promoted, reenlist, or execute orders, with the exception of separation orders.

Additionally, the sailors can be temporarily reassigned, regardless of whether they’ve received or are seeking an exemption.

Officers and enlisted members serving in leadership roles who have not gotten a shot were informed in writing they had five days to initiate a vaccination series or request an exemption. If they do neither, they’ll be relieved and have what’s known as detachment for cause, or “administrative removal of a member from a current duty for unsatisfactory performance of duty or misconduct.”

Any Navy personnel separated because of vaccine refusal will get a general discharge under honorable conditions or a higher level of discharge. Depending on the level, they could lose some veterans’ benefits.

That’s not all they could lose.

Officers may be subject to “recoupment of unearned special or incentive pays” in select cases. The COVID authority “may seek recoupment of applicable bonuses, special and incentive pays, and the cost of training and education for service members refusing the vaccine” from sailors, the order also says.

Unvaccinated personnel could also face a court-martial.”

  28. None of the above clears my confusion on fetal cells. I’m not sure there’s any difference between using fetal cell lines or Henrietta Lack’s cell lines — both come from dead persons without permission. If fetal cell lines are unacceptable so should dead people cell lines.

Why is Buttigieng responsible for the breakdown in the supply chain? I thought Republicans and the right wing in general believed in free market solutions? The supply chain broke down because it was overexteneded in the last 50 years due to the embrace of neo-liberal classical economics and free trade specifically. The only real solution to the supply chain problems is to shorten it and stop using “just in time” delivery and build some warehouses. Solutions the gov’t can’t really impose.

Black boys don’t celebrate Halloween? That’s a new one; in my neighbourhood half the treat or treaters are Somali kids. The only people trying to cancel Halloween in public schools here are evangelical Christians. Recently they tried to cancel a secondary principal because she was a fan of Iron Maiden…..

“you lying pos half assed spook squirrel man cuck.” — thats quite the mouthful and pretty much sums up the decline of public discourse. Just wondering; AJ do you know what “cuck” means? Reminds me, McCabe getting his pension back was pretty much a given — he would have won in court, so the admin saved itself the legal cost.

  29. Tychicus — why would a vaccine mandate be considered communism? Most vaccine mandates in the US come from corporations on the basis of health, safety and insurance costs. Its the free market which had determined that vaccines are necessary in the airline, food, and service industries. The US military is only following the trend. And lets face it; the military can’t function properly if they are in the middle of a pandemic hence they require soldiers to be fully vaccinated when they enlist — covid is just added to the list.

Corporations have a wide latitude in determining rules and regulations in the workplaces and private sector unions have been marginalized in the last 50 years. Vaccine mandates in the private sector demonstrate corporate rule rather than communism. And even in the public sector, corporate pressure has driven many of the mandates.

  30. AJ – Back when the vaccines were first introduced, some Christian authorities, including Catholic, said pretty much what Joe Carter said in his piece. Yes, it is tragic that a life was cut short (especially if the cell lines were in fact from a surgical abortion), but good can come out of tragedy. And the cells from the actual aborted child are no longer a part of the line, even though that is how it/they started. As HRW has mentioned, the cells taken from Henrietta Lacks have done much good, but were taken without her family’s permission.

If we would want to be consistent, there are a whole lot of common medications – prescription and over-the-counter – that we would refrain from taking that were tested using these cell lines. Including, from what I have read, hydroxychloroquine.

  31. hwesseli @10:43: They’re mandates on the basis of health and safety? The experimental injections are necessary? In the middle of a ‘pandemic’? You really need to catch up…

Please share your long-term data that these experimental drugs are safe and effective.

  32. Steal an election, then use it to mandate an injection?

What is the scientific reason to mandate this experimental drug? There is none.

Mandating an experimental drug violates US law. It also violates the Nuremberg Code.

    Keep fighting, military heroes!

“Service members from all five branches of the U.S. military, federal employees, and federal civilian contractors have joined in a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Defense over its COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The 24 plaintiffs “face a deadline under the Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate to receive a COVID-19 vaccine that violates their sincerely held religious beliefs, and have been refused any religious exemption or accommodation,” according to Liberty Counsel, the Christian legal firm that filed the lawsuit.

The lawsuit (pdf), filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, lists President Joe Biden, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as defendants.

The plaintiffs are asking the court to issue a temporary restraining order (pdf) to prevent the COVID-19 vaccine mandates from taking effect, and ultimately issue an injunction to prevent the Pentagon from enforcing the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates.”

  33. As to aborted babies being used for vaccine research: I have not got a problem with having a piece of a baby’s great great great grand cell in my body, we are all constructed of matter. I do have a problem, as HW mentioned, of opening the pandora’s box of evil. Of approving things like planned parenthood aborting babies live so they can get maximum financial return for body parts, incentivizing them to butcher more children. China and the uyghurs anyone?

And, no, I don’t think dead adult’s bodies should be misused either.

  34. Tychicus — almost 3 billion people have had the vaccine world wide. I think any concept of experiment is over; that is 36% of the world has been vaccinated. Vaccines as a condition of employment is fairly routine; esp in a country where corporate rights are regarded higher than employee rights. In the military this will be even more so. Any attempt to block a vaccine mandate will probably be rejected on the basis of corporate rights and military authority. Those who opposed corporate vaccine mandates may want to reconsider their support for a political ideology that marginalized union rights.

  35. Kizzie,

And yet they choose to deceive, rather than admit the obvious, which by the way the companies own emails confirm they used aborted cells, they knew it, yet they tried to hide it.

You mention good coming out of it?

But I just see more evil too, like lies and deception.
