What idiot thought she was an acceptable speaker?
ROME—@SpeakerPelosi reportedly heckled at St Patrick’s Catholic American Parish, in Rome, causing her to abruptly leave the Mass she was attending.

The message is clear: not only is Pelosi’s abortion position considered just fine, it will also be shoved down your throat at Mass because she’s an important person and you’re not.
This clown is a perfect example of today’s “unbiased” journalists….
Jim Acosta’s question/message for GOP lawmakers sharing a stage with Donald Trump gave me chills.

“Quisha King received a standing ovation after she called for a “mass exodus” from public schools at the Family Research Council’s annual Pray Vote Stand Summit.”
——–
“I really think at this point the only thing to do is have a mass exodus from the public school system – that’s it,” King said. In response, she received prolonged applause, and many in the audience rose to their feet at the Leesburg, Virginia, event.
King previously drew national attention in June for her speech opposing critical race theory (CRT). She works with the group Moms for Liberty, which is one of many battling CRT and other ideas across the nation.
“With this FBI thing, it just made me realize – what else are we supposed to do?” King asked. “Standing up to these people doesn’t seem to matter. I mean, we have – all of us – we’ve been at these school board meetings, we’ve been voicing our opinions, we’re writing articles, we’re emailing teachers – we’re doing all that stuff. And they don’t care. I’m like the only thing left to do is to just peace out.”

"Everything about it [Critical Race Theory] is anti-biblical, it is anti-American, and it is just a flat-out lie. It is just not true." @ImQuishaK#PVSS2021pic.twitter.com/3TbruIm9Lo
Blame the people responsible. While the lies may spread easily on a biased Facebook, they’re not the source of them.
Facebook is not the reason misinformation regarding what happened in Kenosha spread, resulting in riots, looting and businesses being torched to the ground. https://t.co/q2N356uW0O
The Washington Post also called Jacob Blake unarmed, before having to issue a correction. So naturally misinformation spreading on Facebook is the problem. pic.twitter.com/So0QkJu34U
Of course it was, because the sole purpose of every govt office is to push the lies of the Senile Administration.
“DOJ Attack On Parent Protest Movement Was Pre-Arranged Ambush, Says Letter Seeking Inspector General Investigation
“Biden Administration officials developed a plan to use a letter from an outside group (“not the usual suspects”) as pretext for federal action to chill, deter, and discourage parents from exercising their constitutional rights and privileges.””
“If you haven’t figured it out by now, the Department of Justice at the highest level up to and including Attorney General Merrick Garland, is using its enormous police power to intimidate opponents of the Biden administration by branding such opponents as domestic terrorists.
We covered Garland’s intimidation tactics on July 16, 2021, and again on October 5, 2021. That latter post concerned Garland’s October 4 memo targeting parents protesting at school board meetings. As we covered on October 6, 2021, the Rhode Island Association of School Committees promptly acted on Garland’s memo:
Now Garland has proven again his unfitness not only to be Attorney General, but for the role he aspired to on the Supreme Court.
Garland issued a memo bringing together a law enforcement coalition to go after supposed threats to school boards from parents protesting Critical Race Theory teaching and Covid mask and vaccine mandates. Where is the evidence of widespread or coordinated violence such that a federal and state joint national effort is needed?
In fact, where is the evidence of violence at all? If there are isolated instances, local law enforcement is equipped and appropriate to deal with it.
What there is are angry parents voicing their opinions loudly, sometimes in the face of bullying from union-aligned school boards and administrators. That is constitutionally protected speech. But Garland knew that by bringing together a national coalition of law enforcement he was portraying protesters as the equivalent of terror suspects. This was an act of political intimidation, as Senator Josh Hawley correctly pointed out today while questioning the Deputy Attorney General:”
.@HawleyMO: If this [Garland memo] isn't a deliberate attempt to chill parents from showing up at school board meetings… I don't know what is.
Note the correction came today, after the lies had all weekend to spread among uninformed leftists who are continuing to spread the false info all over Facebook and Twitter. Funny too, they don’t seem to be labeling it misinformation and suspending those responsible. Weird, right?
Please…..
NYT reports 900,000 children have been hospitalized in US with Covid when true figure 63,000 | Daily Mail Online https://t.co/DhiFFP5PR1
For 5 years, the US corporate media has treated the claim that Assange and WL worked for Russia as a proven fact, almost as a religious conviction. They never had evidence. Now they have an article by @Isikoff saying clearly not even CIA did, and they just all ignore it.
Consider this: it has now been *a full month* since POLITICO's @SchreckReports published a new book *proving* the key Biden emails that were censored are authentic.
Not *one* outlet that spread the lie that these emails were "Russian disinformation" has acknowledged this fact.
Biden could always do what Reagan did….fire the air traffic controllers…. Insurance companies want workplaces and indoor meeting spaces vaccine only. Corporations want to limit their liability and use of sick leave. Thus, the vaccine policy will stand despite a few blips. They may even have to consolidate a few flights or routes and increase fares. Currently, some flights are cancelled for lack of passengers and flights are consolidated — ie instead of daily its bi weekly. Corporate rights are such that they can make vaccines a workplace requirement with very little consequences. Unions may try to protect the unvaccinated workers but in some states union rights have eroded in the last 40 years.
To ask what a political party or politician could have done better or differently to sell a policy or platform isn’t carrying water or being biased. Its a legitimate news story. When the Conservative party lost the federal election here, the media analyzed the reason behind the loss and what the conservatives could do better to sell their ideas. Similarly its legitimate analysis to discuss what various parties could do better to sell their message — not much different than sports personalities analyzing why a particular team lost a game.
The 24 hour news cycle and cable news are too blame for bad reporting. News organization are so eager to fill news time and be the first that they often run information based on a single source or a rumor. Unlike 50 years ago, they don’t have the luxury of putting the news out for the next morning or the 11 o’clock news.
Its amusing how Assange has gone from darling of the left to darling of the right.
Supply shortages are international, not solely an American phenomenon. Covid rules, uncertain in fuel supply and pricing, increased border rules and inspections, problems in the Suez, etc have all played havoc with an international supply chain based on just in time delivery. Companies no longer warehouse supplies — its cheaper to have the supplies arrive less than a day before they are needed. Any disruption then has a domino effect. In my own anecdotal experience, eavestoughs and siding are behind a month or two, household appliances are a seven month wait but on the other hand we are no longer short on lumber. Modern capitalism at its finest. Great at production bad at distribution.
Oh — the NYT initially reported the number of children testing positive for Covid not hospitalization — lazy error or reporting.
Its Thanksgiving here…. Cooked a big meal Saturday night and Sunday morning and delivered to my parents. Apparently my dad ate 2x as much as usual and all with a smile on his face. Old people and children know its the simple things in life that matter — good food with family. We should turn off cable news and enjoy a nice slow meal talking with family and friends.
