Hello again, football fans. Here is another list of college football games, including the return of the Pillow Fight.Kevinwon last week, and chose the tie breaker, which could be a blowout, or could be close. You never can tell with college football.
Have at it. Just get those selections in by NOON EDT Saturday, 9/25/2021.

10 Tie Breaker- guess the winner and the final score: Rutgers @ #19 Michigan
1. N Carolina
2 S. Carolina
3 Notre Dame
Army
4 Boise
4Purdue
Texas
Duke
Hiwaii
Michigan 14-0
I see where several of us agree on the picks.
I stand by the choices.
Who’s copying? No one has the same tie breaker score.
Ga Tech – yellow Jackets sting
SC – I’ve seen fighting roosters in action. They’re mean.
Wisconsin – These Badgers are territorial
Army – Knights in golden armor. ‘Nuf said.
BSU – For mumsee
Purdue – Illini are a joke most years.
Arkansas – They beat the Longhorns, why not the Aggies?
Duke – Kansas couldn’t beat a high school team this year.
NMSU – My BA is from NMSU, but it’s Northeast Missouri State.
Michigan 35-10 It’s a scrimmage game for the Wolverines.
In case anyone doubts the results, here are the teams that won:
Georgia Teach, Kentucky (none of us got that right), Notre Dame, Army (all of us picked that one), Boise State, Purdue (we all got that one also), Arkansas (only 1 of us got that one right), Duke (all) Hawai’i, Michigan (all but 1 got it right).
Okay, here we go again. I will say that not all salmon swim upstream. Though it rarely goes well for them when they don’t. Then again, it all ends if they do.
Nepotism:noun
Favoritism shown or patronage granted to relatives, as in business.
Favoritism shown to nephews and other relatives; patronage bestowed in consideration of family relationship and not of merit.
Undue attachment to relations; favoritism shown to members of one’s family; bestowal of patronage in consideration of relationship, rather than of merit or of legal claim.
Just thought I would point that out in case there is ever a concern.
N/A? What in the world???
Attaboy, the real. I understand bribery is world wide.
Mumsee: “n/a” stands for “not applicable”. Since you didn’t pick the winner, there is no point value in the tie breaker. But nepotism? “Just the facts, ma’am, just the facts.”(Joe Friday on Dragnet).

Ooh! Mumsee went out on a limb with that score. If one wants to predict a major upset, using a low score would be closer.

AJ does it again! He wins on the tie breaker. Final score was Michigan 20 Rutgers 13. Attaboy, AJ!
Our results (with tie breaker)
7 correct: AJ (12); Peter (18); Chas (19)
6 correct: Janice (14)
5 correct: Kevin (17); Kim/Mr P (35); mumsee (n/a).
We’re getting better, since our lowest scores are getting higher. Let’s see how well we do next week.
AJ- If I don’t here from you by the time I am ready to send the list, I’ll leave the tie breaker blank for you to fill in.

You could still compute how far Mumsee was off the score. But I’m not sure she’d want anyone to do that. 🙂
Congrats, AJ! My getting 9 correct last week was ignorant luck. You on the other hand appear to know what you’re talking about. 🙂
