“Wisconsin Election Commission Might Have Violated State Law By Allowing Clerks To ‘Fix’ Ballots, Report Says

“The statute is very, very clear. If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid.”

“A new report points out that an executive branch agency called the Wisconsin Election Commission allowed local county election clerks to “fix” ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses, and that might have violated a Wisconsin law requiring ballots to have a witness address to be validated.

Wisconsin Statute 6.87(6d) states unequivocally, “If a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted.”

But in August, the Wisconsin Elections Commission issued a directive stating that a clerk could fill in the address of the voter:

To make sure your ballot is counted, double check the following before you return it: Your voter information: this section is usually completed by your clerk and includes the date of the election, the county and municipality in which you are registered, your name, the address where you are registered, city, and zip code. Voter Signature: you (or your assistant) must sign in the Certification of Voter section. Witness Signature and Address: your witness must sign and provide their full address, (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section. Make sure your ballot is in your envelope and make sure the envelope is sealed properly.

If any of the required information above is missing, your ballot will not be counted.

In October, the Wisconsin Elections Commission issued a directive to the state’s county clerks that seemed to allow them to fix incomplete (or “spoiled”) ballots missing witness signatures, writing, “Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness). The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address.””

  3. And the presidency isn’t the only thing they want to steal. Their goal is total control.

“Schumer Celebrates, Anticipates Senate Control: “Now we take Georgia, then we change the world”

After Biden Proclaimed President-Elect and Democrats retain the House, if Democrats win both Georgia Senate Runoffs, they will control the Senate and all of federal government, allowing them to ram through a far leftist agenda.”

“I am still digesting the “news” that deep red Georgia suddenly turned blue for Joe Biden, after rejecting Obama who had genuine momentum and enthusiasm in ’08—not to mention the historic nature of being the first black president—and after voting for smarmy Mittens McRomneyCare over Obama in 2012. President Trump, of course, won the state in 2016.

It is against this backdrop that we consider the upcoming Georgia U.S. Senate special elections in January, elections that will determine the majority in the U.S. Senate.

As of this writing, both of Georgia’s U.S. Senate seats will be, theoretically anyway, up for grabs in January.

    NPR reports:

Control of the Senate may hinge on Georgia’s two runoff races in January as no candidate in either contest has reached a required 50% threshold in votes to win outright.

That means Georgia, which is also still counting ballots in a neck-and-neck presidential race expected to go to a recount, is shaping up to be ground zero for whether Congress will be divided again next year.

“All eyes will be on Georgia for the next two months,” Emory University political science professor Andra Gillespie said. “There will be record spending, unprecedented campaigning and tons of mudslinging in these races — more than what we’re used to seeing.”

Currently, Republicans hold a 53-47 majority in the U.S. Senate. With several races undecided, Democrats have gained one new seat in the Senate but would need two more for a 50-50 split. Then, if Joe Biden wins the White House, Kamala Harris as vice president would cast tiebreaking votes in the chamber.

Democrats need the Senate in order to get their “fundamental transformation” of America back on track.”

“AOC, Jen Rubin (WaPo), and Former Buttigieg Staffers Launch Effort To Purge Trump Supporters From Public Life”

“New blacklist of ‘Trump sycophants’ inspired by AOC being compiled

At the behest of ‘squad’ member and New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a blacklist of “Trump sycophants”—entitled “The Trump Accountability Project”—is archiving the names of individuals who “elected, served, funded, supported, and represented” President Donald Trump.

“Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future,” the US representative tweeted Friday afternoon.

“Yes, we are,” answered former Obama administration staffer Michael Simon, citing the Trump Accountability Project. “Every Administration staffer, campaign staffer, bundler, lawyer who represented them — everyone.”

“On the website’s landing page, it urges urges that “[w]e must never forget those who helped further the Trump agenda,” adding that “the world should never forget those who, when faced with a decision, chose to put their money, their time, and their reputations behind separating children from their families, encouraging racism and anti-Semitism, and negligently causing the unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation from our country’s failed response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

  6. Media ‘Calling’ Elections in a Democracy Is Post-Modern Fascism

More or less unnoticed for decades, the media habit of “calling” elections—presidential or otherwise—is not only a betrayal of the democratic process, it has become a leading factor in a new form of post-modern fascism in which we are apparently living.

Saturday morning at 11:45AM, while President Trump was off playing golf, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, the AP, and USA Today, virtually in unison as if operating on some sort of pre-arranged cue, all made the call for Joe Biden with Fox News joining them all of ten minutes later.

It was like Pravda and Izvestia working together for what they assured the Soviet public was their own good.

Moments after that, horns were honking with joy and people dancing in the streets from Los Angeles to New York.

After all, the witch was dead. Which old witch? The orange witch! Ding-dong the wicked witch was dead!

Biden was our 46th president because the media declared it so.

Of course, this was nonsense. The election is still on-going, still undecided, and will be for several weeks of legal challenges, many of them justified.

What occurred at 11:45 was basically a media psy-op (psychological operation), designed to depress and silence the roughly seventy-one million who voted for Trump and rally the seventy-some million, if they indeed exist, who voted for Biden.

The truth is, in a democracy and/or a democratic republic …

No media organization has the right to “call” an election. Period.

    It’s a Big Lie squared.”

  7. https://redstate.com/streiff/2020/11/08/theft-of-election-message-to-all-n276835

“Over the past week, we’ve witnessed the theft of an election.

Not merely the sneaking theft of an election that is the stock-in-trade of the Democrat party. The kind of election that we are used to seeing in Democrat strongholds where there just “happens” to be more votes cast in a precinct than there are registered voters. Or the “finding” of missing votes that propels a mouth-breathing, room-temperature-IQ has-been performer into the Senate. Or the underhanded spreading about of cash that carried a key jurisdiction in a presidential race; here what we’ve witnessed is a blatant, above-board, in-your-face theft of an election. It is cheating that is designed to be seen. It is cheating that is intended to send a message.

What purpose would this serve, you ask. Why would anyone openly cheat? Isn’t the purpose of cheating to win but let the other rube think you did so legitimately?

Easy. They want to show you that they can make you do what they want, based upon arguments they don’t even believe, and there is jack sh** you can do about it.

Using the specter of Chinese Lung AIDS haunting polling places, we’ve seen entire states mail ballots to people who didn’t request them and quite possibly don’t exist. I say specter for a reason. No sane person believes that a polling place is any more of a hotspot for Wuhan virus than a casino or BLM demonstration. Yet the latter two are not deemed health risks but standing patiently in line in order to vote, we are told, is like a death camp. We were told that the USPS was suddenly up to the task of doing something with 100% reliability. We were told that there was no chance of vote fraud if we distributed ballots willy-nilly to anyone with a mailing address.

While votes were being cast, Republican poll watchers were evicted from precincts in heavily Democrat areas. Some of these areas produced nearly statistically impossible 100% returns for Biden. Thumb drives with votes were discovered days after the vote ended containing overwhelming numbers of Democrat votes. Observers were banned from vote counting areas. Some Pennsylvania counties appear to have told the US Supreme Court to FOAD. Election workers are known to have altered absentee ballots to make them valid. We are hearing anecdotes of GOP ballots being systematically destroyed.

None of this is being hidden. Some of it is on video.”

  9. I am not seeing the “peaceful protests” (rioting), we have come to expect. Maybe the right is not up on that. Once again, a stark difference. Or maybe just waiting for the actual election to be over. Win or lose, I am glad my team does not do that.

  10. The GOP control the state legislatures in the states that are in question – they need to act. The FBI should have already seized those computers, but can the FBI actually be trusted? This will all be very interesting…

  11. Agreed Tychicus, with help from Dominion.

This is how you steal an election.

  12. Re: those 6000 votes:

“An error in the unofficial results from a Michigan county was caused by accidental human error, Michigan Department of State reports”

From the Michigan Secretary of State:

“The correct results always were and continue to be reflected on the tabulator totals tape and on the ballots themselves. Even if the error in the reported unofficial results had not been quickly noticed, it would have been identified during the county canvass. Boards of County Canvassers, which are composed of 2 Democrats and 2 Republicans, review the printed totals tape from each tabulator during the canvass to verify the reported vote totals are correct.”

  13. Just wondering, are those Trump Republicans or RINOs regarding the Canvassers. There is so much we don’t know from a distance. God is the only One who knows the absolute truth. The fact checkers are good up to a point, but there can still be facts that are so deeply hidden that human knowledge can’t get to the absolute truth. I keep praying for God to supernaturally reveal any fraud and mishandling of the votes as I believe did happen. It takes patience and waiting on God for His best answers. He can glorify Himself before the world for being the only source of the Truth if He chooses to do so. I am waiting on God through these days that may turn into months.

  15. And this is just garbage. Do people actually fall for this? They clearly aren’t allowing R’s to do what the law permits, so why would I think this would be any different. Some are that naive, but I’m not one of them..

NEWSFLASH for you and the Gov and her flunkie…..

“In Detroit, poll watchers outside of the TCF Center demanded to be let inside to observe the count.

Both political parties are allowed to have 134 members of each party inside to observe and challenge the opening and review of absentee ballots.

However, shortly after President Donald Trump announced a lawsuit seeking to stop the count of absentee ballots, citing a lack of access to review, supporters showed up outside the TCF Center.

At one point, workers put up cardboard to cover the window to allow them to continue keeping count.

Detroit Police were both inside and outside the center to keep the peace as protesters outside chanted ‘let us in’ from outside the center.”

  16. Some perspective from Veith today:

Pending recounts, run-offs, late ballots, lawsuits, and Supreme Court reviews, it looks pretty certain that our next president will be Joe Biden. And yet Republicans seem to have won just about everything else.

It looks like the Senate will stay under the control of the Republicans, but this is not certain. Right now, the count is 48 Democrats and 48 Republicans. …

… If, as seems likely, the Senate stays in Republican hands, the radicals in the Democratic party will be stymied. There will be no additions to the Supreme Court, the filibuster will not be abolished, D.C. and Puerto Rico will not be turned into Democratic states, the Green New Deal will not remake the economy, and the rest of the hard left progressive agenda will die in the Senate. …

Since the Senate, not the House, must confirm the President’s cabinet, federal judges, and other top officials, a Republican Senate will have a moderating effect on the entire Biden administration. Already, Biden’s transition team is reportedly preparing to nominate more moderate cabinet officials than they were first planning, should Republicans hold onto the Senate.

As of this writing, in the House of Representatives, Democrats lost six incumbents, Republicans lost no incumbents, and are expected to pick up between 7 and 12 seats, which would be just 5 short of the majority, well within reach of the typical opposition pickup in the midterm elections.

Republicans also did very well in state elections. They now dominate state governments, with Democrats failing to flip a single state. As of right now, with nearly all states having two legislative bodies, Republicans hold 59 to the Democrats’ 40. This is especially important now, since the coming year after the census will be a time for redistricting, giving the controlling party the opportunity to carve out districts in their favor. …

… Here is my theory: The USA is a moderate country, and most Americans are centrists. This is frustrating for both conservatives and liberals, neither of which can get the traction they want with the general public. The electorate overall considered Trump to be too extreme–whether in his policies or in his personality–so he was voted out of office. But the electorate also considered the progressive Democrats–with their socialist rhetoric, their nation-upending environmental and economic proposals, their charge that all white people are racist, their destruction of monuments to national heroes, their repudiation of American ideals, their desire to defund or even to disband the police, their refusal to condemn looting, rioting, arson, and violence–to also be too extreme.

So they went with Biden–whom rank and file Democrats also chose for his apparent moderation in favor of his more radical competitors for the nomination–while also leaving the Republicans in a strong position.

What this will mean is that Biden will have to govern as a centrist. …

  17. Fact:

“FACT: Big Media and Big Tech Stole the 2020 Election”

“A new post-election poll from the Media Research Center, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, shows 36 percent of Biden voters were NOT aware of the evidence linking Joe Biden to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter. Thirteen percent of these voters (or 4.6% of Biden’s total vote) say that had they known these facts, they would not have voted for the former Vice President.

Such a shift away from Biden would have meant President Trump would have won the election with 289 electoral votes. (Details below.)

    MRC President Brent Bozell reacts:

“It is an indisputable fact that the media stole the election. The American electorate was intentionally kept in the dark. During the height of the scandal surrounding Hunter Biden’s foreign dealings, the media and the big tech companies did everything in their power to cover it up. Twitter and Facebook limited sharing of the New York Post’s reports, and the liberal media omitted it from their coverage or dismissed it as Russian disinformation.

“Now we know the impact of that cover-up. 4.6% of Biden voters say they would not have voted for him had they been aware of evidence of this scandal. This story would have potentially changed the outcome of this election. The media and Silicon Valley were fully aware of this, so they actively tried to prevent it from reaching the American public. The American people deserved to know the truth; now it’s too late.”

The nationwide survey of 1,000 actual voters (including early voters) was conducted November 2-3. (PDF) Voters were asked about the bombshell reporting from the New York Post: “At the time you cast your vote for President, were you aware that evidence exists in emails, texts, eyewitness testimony and banking transactions that the FBI has been investigating since last year directly linking Joe Biden to a corrupt financial arrangement between a Chinese company with connections to the Chinese communist party and Hunter Biden’s business, which may have personally benefitted Joe Biden financially?”

While 73% of respondents said they had heard about these allegations, 27% had not — including 36% of Biden voters. Those Biden voters were then asked: “If you had been aware of this actual evidence in emails, texts, testimony and banking transactions being investigated by the FBI, would you have…” The voters were then given several options: still voted for Joe Biden (86.9%), voted for a third party candidate (5.6%), not voted for any presidential candidate (4.7%), not voted at all (1.7%) or switched their vote to Donald Trump (1.1%).

The net effect: 13.1% of these voters (4.6% of Biden’s overall vote) say they would not have voted for Biden if they had been properly informed. Applying this to the most closely-contested states, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin would today all be in the Trump column, giving the President 289 electoral college votes and a second term. (This also assumes Alaska, where the current margins are not close, is also called for the President).”

And now you know why early and mail in was encouraged by Dems.

  18. Colbeck confirms that in Detroit the computers were actually connected to the Internet. The head of the Elections Bureau denied it. When Colbeck asked another election official if the computers were connected to the Internet, he replied, “No, they aren’t.” When Colbeck asked for verification, the official replied, “No, you’re going to have to trust me.”

A number of whistleblowers have already come forward. As they continue to do so, a picture will emerge of numerous election fraud operations across the battleground states. Each operation is not necessarily large enough to sway an election on its own, but when taken in totality, it’s quite effective, yet despicable.

Thank God for these patriots (the whistleblowers)!

  19. At the time he said this all the obedient lapdog fact checkers chalked it up as a slip of the tongue he didn’t mean.

I think in hind sight he just let the truth slip out.

  20. Investigate absolutely — we’ll all be better if we vet out any possible fraud or even just sloppiness in the protocols.

But if it doesn’t change the results, then we need to reassess.

Don’t be like my former colleague (a crime reporter) — who kept a framed portrait of Al Gore on his work desk, insisting ever since the Bush v Gore election that Bush would NEVER be HIS president.

Nothing new under the sun? This back-and-forth has been going on for a while.
