Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 126
1 When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed.
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
3 The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.
4 Restore our fortunes, Lord,
like streams in the Negev.
5 Those who sow with tears
will reap with songs of joy.
6 Those who go out weeping,
carrying seed to sow,
will return with songs of joy,
carrying sheaves with them.
Prayer for the upcoming visit. Daughter leaves and arrives tomorrow. Seventeen year old does not like her. Nor does she like twenty two year old so it should be interesting. They are too “bossy”.

Praying for reconciliation, Mumsee.

Most of all, of course, that each one be reconciled to God through Jesus.

I have had a very hard last couple of days. I take Wellbutrin for depression but I have felt hopeless. This is as good as it’s ever going to be. I have googled “depression after surgery “ and it is apparently a “thing”.
I wrote two pages in a journal I haven’t used since 2006. Just to get it out and on paper.

K, it takes a while to get back to normal after surgery. Just like it takes a while to get up to speed on a new job. I’m trying not to be glib here, trying to encourage you not to be too hard on yourself and know that it should get better once your body gets on more normal functioning. Meanwhile know that I (we) care and love you. And people here will be praying for you.
