Prayer Requests 7-13-18

It’s Friday, so please remember to pray for Mumsee, Mike, and the Nestlings.

Psalm 127

1 Unless the Lord builds the house,
    the builders labor in vain.
   Unless the Lord watches over the city,
    the guards stand watch in vain.
2 In vain you rise early
    and stay up late,
   toiling for food to eat—
    for he grants sleep to those he loves.

3 Children are a heritage from the Lord,
    offspring a reward from him.
4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
    are children born in one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man
    whose quiver is full of them.
   They will not be put to shame
    when they contend with their opponents in court.

  1. Wisdom with sixteen year old son. We are allowing him his freedom, but is that the best course? He is not getting into trouble with the law but he is definitely not learning about living in a family.

  2. I have a praise to share. My friend that had the cancer surgery stopped by this morning and he looks great! Thanks for praying for he and his wife. It helped!

  4. Better. He went to see the ortho yesterday. He still will not release him to work. He wants more time on the left leg. It has been 11 months. Not sure what improvement he is looking for. I had to work, so was not there.
