Psalm 125

1 Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion,
    which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
    so the Lord surrounds his people
    both now and forevermore.

3 The scepter of the wicked will not remain
    over the land allotted to the righteous,
   for then the righteous might use
    their hands to do evil.

4 Lord, do good to those who are good,
    to those who are upright in heart.
5 But those who turn to crooked ways
    the Lord will banish with the evildoers.

   Peace be on Israel.

  1. My piano student, N, returns from Europe tomorrow. Not sure what time, but she may be boarding her first flight today, thus my requesting prayer now. There will be many hours of driving time, as well, after she’s back in the States, so prayers for her and her fellow traveling musicians and their families or whomever picks them up are appreciated, too. Thanks.

  3. Change that. His plane was late so he missed his connection. They sent him off to Boise and then he will get a plane to Lewiston and be home tomorrow. Have I mentioned I hope never to fly again?
