  1. I’ve read so many outrageous 😮 posts about what conservatives supposedly have said — and a similar one to Karen’s example that came from a satirical site, but I’m guessing at least some people believed it was true.

Great. We’ll get a government by FB posts. Many millennials, after all, say they get their “news” that way, along with John Stewart.

  2. My presidential voting strategy is simple. In the primary I will vote for not-Bush. In the general election I will vote for not-Hilary, which sadly will probably be Bush. By the time the primary gets to my state there is usually only two candidates left. the media approved darling (McCain, Romney) and the guy who refuses to give up in spite of the fat that he has no chance (Huckabee, Santorum) I vote for the second guy.

  3. When I pointed out to my friend that the part of the story about Scott Walker wasn’t true, she replied, “Of course. It’s FB.” That sounds like she knew it was satire all along, but I’m wondering if she’s just covering, because she has previously shared other anti-Republican fake stuff that she took seriously.
