A colleague had to make a house call in a rough neighborhood. He was relieved to see the client had three pictures hanging in the living room: Ronald Reagan, John Wayne and Jesus.
Giving tax breaks that favor particular industries or particular types of expenditures is not conservatism. It is prostitution. Ronald Reagan knew this and repealed decades worth of this garbage in 1986. Too many of the Republicans who followed him were ignorant or prostitutes. The Democrats? We know what they are.
