Prayer Requests 4-22-14

Anyone have a request or praise they’d like to share?

Psalm 82

¹God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

  1. Please pray for Bosley to have a good surgery. Also cousin Lenora is having tongue cancer surgery today. Husband is continuing to have health difficulties. I will be struggling with mowing the lawn, small as it is. Please pray for strength and endurance and that the mower will even crank. Thank you, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, for your prayers today. I have been struggling lately and crying some which I don’t often do. At least God turns weeds into beauty to cheer me up! He is so good. 🙂

  2. Thank you for praying. I just finished mowing. The weather was overcast toward the end with a cooling breeze. That was your prayers on the wind. And only five minutes after I finishef it started to rain. I am sometimes astounded by how that happens for me when I mow. God is ever so good.

  3. I have a 4:30 doctor’s appointment. My brain has been scattered and I have dropped the ball a couple of times here at work. While I do have a lot of responsibilities I like to be competent. I am not doing the best work right now and have to get it fixed FAST

  4. Praying with you, Kim & Janice.

I forgot to tell you all the good news! I posted it on Facebook yesterday, but forgot to post it here. . .

Lee’s bone scan came out clear! Praise God from Whom all blessings flow! We are so relieved & so very grateful.

He still has to go through some form of treatment (probably the hormone therapy) to bring down his PSA, but we’ve been through that before.

    Thanks for all your prayers.
